We had a very large double bed which was really comfortable. There was coffee and tea, soap and shampoo provided. Room was a good size with air conditioning. Staff were amazing especially Emre or Emra (cant remember exact name). He was so welcoming when we arrived and spoke fantastic English. We wanted to enjoy a bottle of wine in our room but the hotel didn’t have a bottle opener. He came to our room with an electric screwdriver, screw and pliers and opened the wine for us. He then stored our bags when we checked out as our flight was a few hours later so we had a nice walk. He really is a credit to the hotel and the reason I gave a high score. Also at breakfast there was no coffee but a lovely lady staff member brought us some coffee sachets and was so nice. The staff at this hotel make up for the small problems 😄

Up a steep hill but we managed to walk it even with backpacks. Bathroom smelt a bit damp.

The hotel reception staff was very friendly, even with limited English I found it very heart warming as they always asked how I was doing from entering until leaving, and they tried to accomodate everything I wanted wtih a smile! The room overall was very good, needed everything i required for a 3-5 day break.

Just minor works in terms of maintenance was needed, there was slight damage to the walls which made it look a little dirty, the bathroom door in my room was hanging very losely and needed repair. It didn't affect my stay very much, just minor repairs are needed.

They went out of the way to provide a good tour of the mountain. They drove us to the city as well. Great service!!

We had an early departure and I thought we wouldn't have breakfast. Thanks to good guy Mujahed! Very kind and nice guy and the breakfast was great. It was Genius last minute deal from this hotel with free upgrade to suite! So it was nice surprise!

The hotel is located on a mountain, so it is difficult to walk. But good hiking!

The location for tourists is not the most attractive, it's very close to the airport but not to the city center and if you aren't traveling by car, keep in mind that you have to walk uphill every time going there. If you are by car in Trabzon, then there is no issue with the location. It's just 5 km away from the center.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded me to a king suite when I checked in, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed, a large TV, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a private bathroom. The room also had a view of the city.

Wonderful views against sea. The room I booked (king2) is cleaned and organized. The place near by airport, markets, restaurants, cafe...etc can go by walking. Spectacular hotel team, helpful for any doubts and servicing for all requirements and needs. Special thanks to Mr. Fatih & Emre

The location was very close to the airport and has a nice view, the staff was very very helpful and kind especially Mücahit he was a very good man and helped us, the rooms was clean, and the bed was comfortable, I recommend it and come back again

We liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel, a place for children to play and the parking of car . Also,The staff were wonderful, especially Fatih.

The hotel is close to the airport with a nice view on the black sea, there are good nearby restaurant and services, the stuff in overall were helpful especially "Fatih" a very nice person, very polite and supportive, it is good to have such person among the stuff to keep up with the hotel reputation and provide very good services to customers.

One of the stuff was playing around and was not straightforward person "Ayoub", he was giving promises that was never fulfilled, he has to be trained on how to deal properly and respect customers.
