The sea view from my hotel Proximity to the airport especially that I had an early flight the following day

The breakfast starts at 8 am, many people choose this hotel for its proximity to the airport how come they don't offer early breakfast. I asked for a prepared box they said they can't. That's something not really acceptable I arrived tried at 12 45 and asked for early check in. They refused because the rooms were full. Mainly restaurants nearby, walking is tricky cause it is uphill. You will need a taxi if you wanna go to a mall or meydan etc..

The staff was very polite and friendly, especially Haroon,Ahmad and the other Turkish guy at the reception. The breakfast was excellent and the people who is working at the restaurant were very nice and support always us. The location is nice, very close to the airport, but at the top of the mountain and 15 minutes from Trabzon Square. The room was very nice and always they clean the room. The hotel is 2 minutes from a street full of Arabic restaurants and shops and hotels and always crowded with people make it friendly neighborhood.

The staff at Andalouse were very warm and welcoming. Our special appreciation goes to Mr. Horoon who went the extra mile to help us with our tours, tips for visiting and offered the best deals on tour packages. The hotel's facilities are very good, with spacious and clean rooms. We would highly recommend the tour to Sumela monastery which is offered by the hotel. It is a must do when in Trabzon.

Everything was great. The only additional improvement that I can recommend would be to add labels to the food items for breakfast so that guests can identify the vegetarian options from the ones with meat.

I had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Andalouse Hotel in Trabzon. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and satisfying every morning. It was the perfect start to each day. The calm and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel made it ideal for rest and relaxation, away from the noise and stress of busy travel. A special mention goes to Harun at the front desk and his coworkers, who were always professional, helpful, and kind. Their welcoming attitude and attention to detail made me feel safe, well taken care of, and right at home.

Our stay at Andalouse Otel in Trabzon was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and very well-located. But what really made our experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality and kindness of the staffs especially Mr. Haroon and Mr. Ahmet. Both of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always helpful, smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel at home. We truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trabzon. Thank you Haroon, Ahmet, and the entire Andalouse Otel team for making our trip so special!

I recently stayed at this hotel din Trabzon for six days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could use improvement. **What I liked:** - **Location:** The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport and right opposite the runway. Despite this proximity, the rooms are highly soundproofed, so the noise from airplanes did not disturb us at all. - **Room:** Our room was spacious, featuring a good Jacuzzi and a beautiful sea view. - **Price:** The hotel offers highly affordable rates during the off-season. However, prices can be a bit steep during peak season. - **Reception:** The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with fluency in both Arabic and Turkish. A special mention goes to Mrs. Fatima, who went above and beyond to organize a surprise for my wife before our arrival, communicating seamlessly through the booking box. This review covers the points you liked and disliked about your stay, providing a balanced and comprehensive overview for future guests.

- **Room Service:** The room service needs to be more professional. I suggest implementing a checklist for each room to avoid missing any items. - **Breakfast:** There needs to be more variety in the breakfast options. - **Parking:** While there is no on-site parking available, there is a person who takes care of parking your car. - **Amenities:** The cupboard lacked hangers, which would have been useful.

The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. I arrived at 5 am, and the receptionist warmly arranged an early check-in at no extra cost. On the last day, since my flight was at 6 am, they kindly offered my second-day breakfast as a replacement for the early departure. The property was clean, quiet, and located in a great area. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. I truly appreciated the hospitality and service.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

We rent the room for 5 adults but it accomdates only 4 With 5 the space became limited One elevator only for all the rooms waiting time is hight

The property is near the airport. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent. The hotel allowed us to change our room and that was so kind of them. Views of the black sea and the airport are seen from the windows.

There was only one elevator and will make you wait longer. Parking spaces are few in front of the hotel but you will always find a spot close by. They don't serve coffee for breakfast, just tea. So this was surprising for us coming from the US. It could be because their guests were mostly from the Middle East. It would be nice if coffee was (even instant coffee) included in the breakfast.

Sera Lake Resort is a great place if you want to relax and enjoy fresh air. The view of the lake and mountains is beautiful. The location is quiet and peaceful, not too far from the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and eating with the mountain and lake view made it even better. The staff were kind, especially Hossein at the reception. He was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
