It was raining outside and we got wet. We arrived at the hotel at 11.00 and waited for check-in. And we were instantly checked into the room. Ahead of time. Thank them very much.

Really It was amazing accommodation.. the hotel is very near to the center .. everything was amazing... it was very clean and the staff are very helpful and supportive... the breakfast is very good 👍.. special thanks to Mr zakareya the Manger he guide us with daily visits plan to amazing places.. of course we will repeat the visit again. This is a nice hotel. Our room had a big balcony with sea view. If you travel with your car, there is a parking space available. Good wifi is in every spot of the hotel. The location is Good, city center is 8 minutes walk and everything is around. The staff is amazingly helpful, always smily and ready to support. We enjoyed our stay

There was only one towel-hanger in our bathroom, it will be more comfortable to have another one as well. This is just only an advise.

Everything was wonderful! The room was very clean!!! The breakfasts were delicious, once there was even a buffet breakfast. The hotel has a good location, everything is nearby: a park, cafes, shops. Also it is convenient to work from the room.

Breakfast was very good. It is delivered straight from the kitchen to your plate and there is some flexibility if you want something else / if you want extra serving etc. I would recommend some fruit in addition to the cooked food.

Staff are excellent, helping and providing all our needs. Location is 300 meter from Trabzon Meydan Rooms are clean . Good for families

Friendly staff , the location of the hotel is very good as it's very close to the Mydan, The size of the room is excellent for family stay, the hotel in General is clean and newly furnished.

Location in area with old Ottoman houses and park,good for relaxing.Short walk to Meydan. Spacious,clean and comfortable room.
