Location - 10/10: The location of the hotel is excellent! Its proximity to the city center and ease of transportation really impressed me. Breakfast - 7/10: The breakfast options were varied, but it could be improved with a bit more diversity. Bed - 9/10: The bed was really comfortable; I had an excellent night's sleep. Cleaning - 9/10: The staff was really attentive to room cleanliness; everything was spotless.

Room Decoration - 4/10: The room decoration was a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The overall aesthetic of the room felt a bit behind the times, and some modernization would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere. TV - 2/10: The TV experience was disappointing. The channel options were NOT very limited, but the internet connection for the TV was terrible. Additionally, the picture quality was poor, detracting from the overall viewing experience. Improvements in these aspects would significantly enhance the in-room entertainment.

Thanks to the Receptionist "Saleh" for his kindness and help throughout our stay in the hotel. The hotel is located in a lively part of Trabzon centre where everything is a few steps away. Because we insisted on a room with two single beds (as reserved), we were offered a very spacious suit without any additional cost.

Although the hotel itself is excellent, most of the hotel Reception staff lack the minimum required level of job ethics and good handling of customers, and helpless.

It was nice stay in Life Point Hotel. Hotel staff received with a nice smile and took care of entire stay. Arranged airport transfer and daily trips to tourist attractions in Trabzon in a nice comfortable vehicle specially for my family. Breakfast is very good even for vegetarians, lots of vegetables, breads and other options. Location of hotel is apt... In city centre and very close to Maydan Square.. lot of shops nearby. Highly recommended to stay even reasonable and economical. Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. Hotel staff is always approachable and helping for any requirements.

The hotel is right in the city center, surrounded by endless shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Fast check-in upon arrival at the hotel, service and professional staff especially Mr. Ramez. We got a pretty good room - clean, equipped with everything you need, the bed is very comfortable (we asked for a double bed in advance), a good shower. Breakfast on the lobby floor - a very standard meal (omelet, shakes, hard-boiled eggs, vegetables, cheeses, etc.) We stayed there for 3 nights, and every day we returned to a clean room with a bed offered and a supply of clean towels. The hotel is a boutique hotel in a great location. The price meets expectations - without a doubt we will return there

The Wifi signal was weak

The hotel is right in the centre of Trabzon, but on a relatively quiet street, so I did not have problems with noise from the street in the night. So the location is perfect, there are many cafes, restaurants and shops around. The only problem is that there are no 24/7 grocery stores around, so if you want to buy something in the night, you'd need to use delivery or walk pretty far away. There's an electric kettle and tea/coffee bags in the room, also there's a small safe. Staff speaks English well. Breakfasts were included and they were quite good for the price you are paying for the room; paying 40 euro per night you can't expect a luxury breakfast like in all-inclusive Turkish hotels, c'mon, but there was everything you need for a breakfast. Room service was working great, they'd also bring 2 bottles of water every day, and generally cleaned the room very well.

It's not really a drawback of this hotel, but rather looks like a general thing in Turkey. Note that even though booking says 'you can pay at this property in €' it actually means you can pay only € cash. If you've got euros on your card, and you pay with it, then it'll just be converted from euro to lira (and the exchange rate of your bank may not be the best). In my opinion, the best solution is just pay in cash (this hotel accepts lira, euro and dollar cash). Also, it'd be nice to add a mini shampoo bottle in the bathroom. Currently, there's shower gel and soap only.

The location was central. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled wonderful. The staff were professional and helpful. The AC worked perfectly, which was crucial for us. The breakfast was simple and continental but genuinely delicious. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

No soundproofing; we could hear people in the hallway, and they could hear us. The double bed had two mattresses pushed together, which was uncomfortable. There was no coffee at breakfast. The lobby is cramped, and the breakfast area is dim and small. However, these minor issues did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Nice standard hotel. Clean, spacious, good bathroom, good breakfast, good location. The suite we stayed in had a pleasant view; not something to show off to your friends but it was nice. The staff were pretty friendly. There's valet so you don't have to worry about parking, and it's in a nice walkable area close to the main square and by some pedestrian streets. Breakfast was quite good. Above average Turkish breakfast, with some black sea sauteed veggie dishes.

I was in suite with a broken flush, and the shower handle also . The room is quite dark, the lights needs upgrade and maintenance of the existing ones. The room was right above the restaurant/coffee shop so the smell of cigarettes always present in the room despite us closing the windows all the time .

Hotel is new and stylish, the room was spacious and well designed, bathroom spacious as well, nice size beds and very comfortable too. Breakfast was great. By the way - hotel has really nice restaurant with the outdoor seating which doubles as breakfast area in the morning. Special thanks go to the hotel staff - had minor issue with Booking payment - they did all to resolve the issue (and successfully). The location of the hotel is really excellent - it is right on the edge of the city center and pedestrian area so easily accessible by car and has parking space. It also really close to newly finished seaside promenade.

The location was amazing, we used to give them our car at night when we were back at the hotel and walk down the streets. Food street and the bazaar was so close.they gave us the two bedroom suite as were a family of four. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The staff was good. The breakfast was good

There was no internet for 3 days! They kept on saying it is to be fixed, which was fixed on the 4th day when were leaving.
