The view is wonderful and the location is very close to the meydan and ganita park. We had a car so everything was just a few minutes from the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They provided valet parking.

There was mold in the shower area. Parking spots are just in the street, on the side of a very narrow road, but they offer to collect the keys and park the car for you so you don't have to struggle with it.

I liked the central location - within walking distance of the Trabzon Meydan as well as a large, lovely park right on the Black Sea.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. Staff were always helpful, the rooms are soundproof, there was plenty of hot water and I had a sea view.

The villa are amazing everythings is clean and Well arranged even the little things we found them existing in the villa also the lighting is so cool, the owner was so nice with us and the guy in the reception mahmut was so kind the balcony in the second floor has an amazing view on the valley im very recommending this villa for anyone want the confort and relaxing and the amzing view on uzungol valley

Our room had a sea view, hotel is only a few minutes walk from main shopping area. Bed was very comfortable, wifi and hot water was very good. If you are coming to Trabzon by bus see if you can get off at the new big mosque as it is only a few hundred meters from that otherwise it will cost about 200 lire by taxi to get to hotel.

We were absolutely happy with nice reception administrators. Given the issues with calling for a taxi, they helped us a lot arranging cars for us and navigating our drivers

I didn't like the breakfast: very little variety, so I basically sticked only to a pair of boiled eggs

The location was so near from the downtown, so really easy to reach out! the hotel has tour included so for me was very convenient! the tours were good . The room was spacious and clean! In front of the hotel there’s a construction for a nice plce at the beach, so the location will improve more. It has a good view and the staff was the best! they were so nice and friendly! I felt really confortable even more because I was a woman solo travel! I total recommend this hotel!

It was amazing, hotel view is sooo nice, beautiful, bed comfortable, clean, a loot of space in the room, and stuff was so kind and polite they let us leave our suitcase after and called taxi for us

The location was great, just around 3-4 minutes walk to Meydan the main center. Staff was very friendly and helpful plus you can get the day tours from the hotel itself so that is a benefit. Breakfast was reasonable looking at the prices of the hotel. Overall highly recommend it for couples, group of friends and families. It is value for money for sure.

Breakfast maybe but again for the price they charge for the rooms I think the breakfast was quite reasonable.

The most beautiful sea view at this hotel rooms.. the room is big and comfortable.. the sea view is amazing.. the location is so close to the beach and citycenter plus airport.. easy to reach every thing..breakfast is so delicious..

I think the property needs more staff to help guests

I loved the place very much, the view was great. The staff was very friendly. You feel like you stay at your own house. I contacted with them before travel to confirm on some points, and they accepted gently.

The English speaking reception wasn't available sometimes. They didn't ask me to do housekeeping or not, I believe if I asked them, they would do the housekeeping.
