1 .The location , it is 2 minutes walking to the center. 2. The breakfast ,the dining room and the staff there are really 5 stars. 3. Room size and the ward robe are adequate. 4. Staff at the front desk are helpful and can speak English. 5.The cleaning ladies were nice and smiling inspite of their tidious job and hot weather.

1. Our room was at the side of the pubs and the music was loud till very late in the night. 2. There was a bad smell the source of which I could not find ( ? Toilet , ? Carpet) 3. My room was at the first floor and I could not open the curtains as there were always some men staring either on the balcony of the pub opposite the hotel or the men sitting at the cafe in front.

The location was amazing, just 1 minute walk to heart of Trabzon and all shops around Staff was extremely supportive in all my requests Very warm welcome and they were sad cause a guest is leaving All respect to the housekeeping who kept this place clean and safe. For sure I will stay there again Breakfast was good with a lot of variety with a nice smile during the service

WIFI was a bit slow during the day, but sure this was due to many users, as it was super fast at night time

The property was close to the center. Although I did not approach people any of the hotel staff in the reception for any other concern - to be fair, checking in was smooth as well as the check out. Hotel cleanliness was very good so far. Breakfast was good and with variety (but "almost" the same everyday). Restaurants and shops are all over. Also public transports are available nearby if you need one. I recommend this place...

The location is perfect. It is in the centre of Trabzon. Directly in the Meydan. The room was clean. All important destinations were nearby. Thanks for kindness to all staff, especially Selin and Hadiye. Everything was amazing. I hope we will see you again :)

Excellent location, 50 meters and you're on Meydan Park. Room was clean, size perfect for 2 people. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good, restaurant on the roof, nicely decorated.

Location is just besides Meydan location and all shopping, cafes, transport easily available. Staff is excellent and ready to help. 24 hours reception. Breakfast is good. Very modern amenities and fixtures specially in washroom. Elevator is also there.

You can hear kids slamming doors and running in the corridors but the hotel staff were good at speaking to them. They immediately responded and took care of the situation.

Perfect location a few steps from the Meydan, shops and restaurants. We stayed for 11 comfortable nights. Great and helpful staff! Room service and cleanliness is very good. We loved the breakfast! I would recommend Horon Otel for all those who want to visit Trabzon.

Very Clean and staff was too supportive specially Haidyer, Hami manager and lady in the morning i forgot her name. Very Good environment. 100 percent for staff. They allow me for early checkin and late check out without any additional charges. Daily Room cleaning and very near to Maydan

Rooms and small but clean

Breakfast is very good and it is on top level with good view, It has all varieties that will be suitable for almost all nationalities, the location is perfect it is 1 min. Close to main square where you will find all restaurants and shopping after your day trips, Hotel is very good for people who go day trips and just want to have nice room (perfect for 2 & may be 1 kid) to sleep & close to night walk, Rooms cleaned daily, It has an elevator, Staff are very nice & Helpful.
