The hotel was very clean with beautiful view and scenery, We loved the place where we had breakfast 😍at the park in front of them😍 the hotel is literally in the center close to every thing and the neighborhood is very safe , live and still quiet!! Our room had a beautiful sea view 😍 the whole staff especially Elias were beyond friendly and helpful😍😍with Elias speaking Arabic as well that was especially a bonus ! He was very helpful, respondent to our inquiries and needs and above all very friendly that it felt like family!! All in all, the hotel was a very good value for money!! My family loved the hotel and our stay so much and we would definitely go again!!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is situated near the city center. All facilities are nearby. I would like to express my gratitude to Hasan, he was very friendly and help us with the bus tickets. Room is very fresh, clean and big. AC is in good condition. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend to choose this hotel during your trip in Trabzon. The main bus stops to the sightseeing and gare to the another cities is also near the hotel. From 5 to 10 min walking

Nothing, everything was amazing

The hotel is located right in the city centre within walking distance from every place you might need, overlooks a park, the room is quite comfortable and clean. The breakfast is arranged in a nearby cafe and is quite good, not buffet style breakfast though.

One of the receptionists speaks literally zero English, was unable to assist. The room might seem a bit noisy as there's a busy road next to it.

Great place, clean, comfortable, tidy, and a walking distance from the centre. The place have a free parking, and Elias was very nice and helpful with everything needed.

Breakfast was good and located outside the hotel at the beautiful park closer to the hotel. Bread, olives, fried potatoes, jam, tea, and cheese. The hotel location is the very best. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and sofa.

The very wet floor in a bathroom after a shower. Maybe it is better to add a glass door there?

I liked this hotel , and clean room and quiet is quiet - Reception & Receptionist very nice and honestly . I’ll stay again more time.
