Location

The kitchen was not equipped lots of things was missing. Although many times I asked the receptionist they promised they will give but they didn't. Another thing they new that we have a one and a half year old baby along their was no bed for the baby and when we asked at lest give us a blanket for the baby to sleep on the floor they said we don't have any extra blanket.

Great view and friendly staff. Nice play area behind the building for kids and supermarkets all around. Taxi drivers are familiar with the building so it was easy for the drivers to locate the place. Very spacious living room and kitchen. Toilets are clean. Breakfast was good. Definitely going to stay there again if I went to Trabzon.

The apartment is large and comfortable. The stuff are very helpful and friendly. The location is close to markets and resturants.

The hotel needs to work on its room services. Out of my stay (7 nights/6 days), room services only cleaned the apartment 3 times (and in these days we had to remind them in the morning). I would have easily given my stay 10 ratings if not for the room services.

The location and cleanliness was good.

The water mixers were not working properly, sometimes you will get only hot water and suddenly will change to cold water The reception staff were nice but not skilled, they need to be trained more on hospitality, it The cleaning ladies were very professional and did excellent job.

Honestly, everything was perfect cosy, luxury apartments very clean , nice see view and in calm location 8 minutes away from mydan by car . The staffs are friendly Abdulrahman, abu saad and the other guy in night shift all of them always cooperation with big smile. Overall, I felt like I am at home. I strongly recommend this hotel
