Hotel was cosy and nice Super view with the lake and the snowy mountain . The back of the hotel also had a panoramic view of the ocean. Room was super spacious and balcony was nice. Breakfast area had indoor and outdoor options. Free parking space .you would need to rent a car in trabzon hence parking is important. Mrs Wesam and the reception girls (1 turkish and 1 Indonesian) were very friendly and smiling. They acted fast if we had any inquiry. Also we tried the turkish Hammam experience and it was good.

Bathroom tub had hair from previous guests and overall cleanliness of the tub was not good but still was not bad. Servers in breakfast area were not friendly and never smile, giving you unwelcoming vibes . Also at 7 in the morning, they have very loud english pop music (Miley Cyrus and Katie Perry) so that was super annoying specially that it doesn’t go with the vibes of the place and the view and definitely not with breakfast. Turkish hammam experience was pleasant but floor was not super clean. Bed cover was super small, hardly for 1 person even tho it was a queen bed, So they brought another cover.

The view is amazing, exactly how it is shown in web photos on Sera Lake. They care about service. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel and rooms are super clean. I used their VIP car for tour in the last day of my stay and I felt that I messed up as I could have used it earlier as it is very comfortable and luxury. I suggest that you don’t book tours in advance and you could just use their VIP car if you’re traveling with family.

There is not a single thing that I didn’t like. The worse thing about Trabzon is about transportation, and expensive taxi’s. Uber is not available in Trabzon. Plan your days with using the hotel VIP car for family daily tour.

View, facilities, room size and housekeeping, nice breakfast, hotel restaurant/room service was cheaper than outside restaurants in City Centre. Last but not least the amazing staff. Special thanks goes to Wessam for being a great hostess, helping with translations, late trip bookings and any requests. Another Arabic speaker was Jinan, who was super nice as well. Thank you Sera Lake!

Everything was great at this hotel except for the breakfast. I never experienced such a poor breakfast from any hotel in all of Turkiye. Nothing was fresh and there was barely any food. No fresh juice, only tea or Nescafe was offered. When we saw a Turkish family arrive for breakfast they were treated completley different and offered table service with freshly prepared breakfast.

Didn't like the breakfast treatment we received as tourists compared to locals staying at the hotel.

The staff were so friendly and the hotel has a great view of the lake. Many staff speaking Arabic made it easier to communicate, and they were very helpful. The Royal Suite was spacious and amazing, We really enjoyed the stay.

There are no shopping facilities around but if you have a car it is better.

I recently stayed at Sera Lake Resort Hotel in Trabzon, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautifully located on a hilltop with a stunning view of Sera Lake. Waking up to the peaceful scenery and fresh air was truly refreshing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had large windows facing the lake. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always helpful. I especially enjoyed the rich Turkish breakfast served on the terrace. Every evening, I watched the sunset over the lake—it was magical. The location is also close to the city center, yet quiet and surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy Trabzon’s natural beauty. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Black Sea region.

The hotel was great, the room was room was a bit small considering the category but it's good Breakfast was delicious and staff were so friendly and helpful We enjoyed our stay and we sure will come back

The wardrobe was veryyyyy small for an individual!! and were were a couple with a toddler!!! I didn't like that booking arranaged for us a second floor room knowing that we're with a toddler, we also didn't like that the washing machine was out on the balcony not as shown in the toilet. The bed was small king size!!

The staff demonstrated exceptional kindness and understanding toward multilingual guests. The remarkably affordable room offered breathtaking views, prompting us to consider extending our stay, though flight arrangements precluded this. The restaurant provided delicious food at reasonable prices, offering both dine-in and room service options. Furthermore, the hotel's tranquil location, removed from urban congestion, ensured a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary sauna and Turkish bath were a welcome amenity, and massage services were also available for an additional fee.

The only thing you wouldn't like is That you had to check out.

A big thanks to her for not only making sure our stay in the hotel was good, but also for making sure that our stay in Trabzon is great! 2- Amazing restaurant. Breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant was awesome 3- Amazing scenery in both winter and summer

The only thing is that I had a feeling that the room was a bit dim at night. I wish if there were a bit more lights so that it would be brighter. Personal preference after all.

It was a bit far from the city center, so you will need to rent a car to be able to avoid the taxi high rates, or simply enjoy your stay at the hotel without leaving
