Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great staff and we felt at home, thanks to Mr. Waheed in the day shift who answered all our questions, provided valuable shopping and sight seeing advices, and made us feel as special guests. Mr Ali in the evening shift was equally friendly and helped us to get all issues sorted despite our very early arrival at 2AM.

Being close to the lake and easy accessibility to main roads is good. The staff were good and helpful. The car parking.

This is not a bad place but I expected better for the amount paid. The aparment can be said to be basic. Average furniture and below expectation for the TV screens (very small). It could have been made more stylus to deserve the rate. In addition, there are workshops just opposite the building. It ruins the beauty of the scenery out of the window or on the balcony.

Nice hotel, staff of the hotel so kind, breakfast was good, I didn't use other facilities like SPA or gym, laundry was good. Location good.

I stayed for 3 hotels so far in Turkey and this hotel is the best I stayed so far the only hotel you feel it is brand new super clean and welcoming along with privet parking and amazing breakfast

I highly recommend this hotel. The service is great and the staff are very friendly and instantly solve any problems. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast is simple but very nice. The only drawback is that you need to take a taxi to reach city center.

Excellent location close to the Sera Lake. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Mr Waheed for his great hospitality that made our stay in Trabzon special and all the staff.

very clean hotel ( I felt I am the first guest to use the room ) very well decorated the staff were really welcoming and helpful they speak English and some Arabic

I loved everything felt like home - the tv was only Turkish Chanels but it is ok since I am in vacation to watch sera lake and the green monitions near by not to watch tv

The toilets are very small in size I couldn't use it properly it was against the shower box
