I liked the hotel location, the parking, the bedrooms, restaurant view, the spa facilities the reception help desk especially "Niveen" she was very helpful.

There was no body weight exercise gym and the food in the restaurant I found some fruits and vegetables are not fresh. Also, there were no enough table in the room to put my luggages above.

Very hospitable staff. Anastasia especially helped us a lot with everything that come up during our stay. Other staff also very nice and helpful if understands your request. Generally a nice hotel the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable, you can hear your neighbors but we had nothing bothering us at night. The breakfast was a rich turkish breakfast. Everyone probably can find something that suits. Spa access was a nice gift for our stay.

The internet is really laggy. It can show a decent speed but fail after a minute. The smart TV was basically useless as even worst quality couldn’t load there. IT guy tried to fix it both on TV and our devices - unsuccessful. The spa was not very satisfactory for us, the pool is small, sauna is set at 60°C, the steam room in hamam did not work. Also note that the spa is separated for man and woman. There are no beaches near the hotel. Sound effects of door locks and elevators are set extremely loud which gets annoying to hear someone call an elevator or close the door nearby.

Very nice hotel. The hotel manager, Mrs. Emine, is very polite and humble. She treats people with high standards and has very high morals. The hotel is wonderful, overlooking the sea. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I booked a room with a balcony, and the balcony was spacious and clean, and the view of the sea was wonderful. The TV has many Arabic channels. The breakfast is wonderful and varied. The staff are excellent, some of whom speak Arabic. Many thanks to the wonderful hotel manager and all the staff, especially Mrs. Nevin, Mrs. Serpil, and Mr. Mohammed at the reception.

Newly renovated hotel with comfortable room size. Family of 5 persons so got a family room which consists of 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a small kitchen sink and cabinets. There is a fridge and kettle in the room. Beds, pillows, and comforters are also good. On the main Ataturk highway and facing the Black Sea. The neighborhood is safe with lots of shops and a mosque at less than 5 min walking distance. The front desk, housekeeping, security guard, and bellman staff are all very professional and helpful.

Appreciate traditional Turkish breakfast, however coming from North America, the breakfast is not very special and needs improvement. There need to be more choices for children and perhaps an American continental breakfast with waffles, pancakes, muffins, cakes, croissants, and a toaster would be nice to toast bread slices and add butter or cream cheese. Also, need to have more choices in omelets and eggs.

The staff are amazing, especially Ms. Amina, Ms. Nevin and another lady at the reception whose name I don't know. They are all amazing and they are the hotel's asset and the real gain with their dealings, service and sincere smile. The location is excellent its really the value for money. The breakfast is good. All services are available. The hotel is close to everything. The swimming pool is good. Honestly, there is nothing bad. I thank them all. We spent three wonderful nights and if we come back, it will definitely be our first choice.

Breakfast is almost the same every day, it needs to change the items. The air conditioner was hot and did not cool well. But it was not affecting because everyone around you is smiling and wants to serve you sincerely.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff, specially Tariq. Easy to park your car. In front of a sea front, which include nice restaurants and cafes and playgrounds. close to everything. It is however far from Trabzon city centre but wasn't an issue for us.

The hotel is fully renovated, clean and neat. The staff are good. I have booked for another visit to this hotel in few days. I decided to return back to it.

The breakfast needs lots of improvement - no options, not delicious and not taste good ( I am sorry to the management but really you need to improve your breakfast buffet)
