I stayed 2 nights at Aksular and really liked the experience: a convenient hotel with clean rooms and exceptionally helpful staff. I arrived at 9AM and was provided a room within 10 minutes. The reception team were always very helpful whether it came to ordering a taxi, helping with currency exchange or maneuvering through a language barrier. The buffet breakfast was rather extensive with several regional and traditional Turkish items. Everyhing was fresh & tasty. I really wanted Turkish Sucuk with Eggs (Suçuk Yumurta), but I was disheartened to find it absent from the buffet. It was Ramadan, so some ingredients were hard to find, as I was explained later. However, the thoughtful chef went above and beyond, sourcing the missing ingredient and swiftly whipping up the dish I longed for + treated me with a local dish.

As a coffee drinker, was slighly dissapointed to find out only instant coffee option.

The hotel was very clean and ideally located, with parking available both in front and behind the hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, especially Mr. Yusoff, the bellman.

The Wi-Fi signal in Room 508 was weak, and it was necessary to be near the door or outside the room to get a better connection. However, once a good signal was found, the Wi-Fi was fast.

The staff at the reception (Ehap) was very cooperative and upgraded my booking by including breakfast during my stay at the hotel. They even held on to my baggage after I checked out until I finished some things that I had to do in the city and was ready to leave for the airport.

There is room for improvement in the breakfast options on offer.

There was no particular problem except for the room repairs which were sometimes noisy. Of course, these repairs show the importance of management for better service.

Fantastic Hotel. I didn't do some deep research while booking a hotel, for me only price and place of the hotel were important during reservation process. When I arrived it was great hotel!! jacuzzi in the room, large room, great breakfast. Everything is good. For me it was the best hotel I ever been. I expected some cheap room to sleep one night and go to the next location, but in fact it was some fantastic.

Excellent staff, namely Ayoub and Ibrahim ,they are helpful and very kind. The location is excellent , and the value for place is acceptable. The breakfast is good with nice staff, the parking area is free and limited especially if you reach late night , overall I consider it one of the choices if I come back to trabzone

Amazing hotel and location convenience and views are epic. Walking distance to Hagia Sofia of Trabzon. Very authentic and gives u good vibes of Turkish atmosphere. Breakfast was great as well. Staff as well is just amazing to fix any issues and very welcome

Some improvement in Beds maybe needed but I would definitely pick and recommend Aksular in Trabzon all time.

Great location, reasonably priced multiple rooms. Air conditioning was very strong, just the way we like it!Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent sea views. Would stay again!

my first experience with hotels in Turkey with great guest service. almost all the hotels in Turkey never do room service but this one was excellent in that. Ayoub the clerk boy was very approachable and helpful.
