The hotel is clean, BF is delicious and has good variety. the location is near the city, quiet, hotel style and decoration is fantastic

Staff were unfriendly, I didn't like the rule that we can't bring food from outside even if it is water, there was no iron in the rooms, and even when I asked room service, they said we don't have. there were fees for using the swimming pool

We are a couple and we stayed here for 6 nights. I will be 100 percent honest! The staff are amazing, from the waiters to room service to the cleaning team to reception. Helpful. Friendly. Exceptional. Special thanks to reception team the 3 ladies and Abdullah, always there when you need anything. Food is DELICIOUSSSS and super affordable. I won't use the word cheap because nothing about that quality was. Portions are big too. Breakfast buffet is diverse clean and healthy! hands down best hotel breakfast buffet I've ever had. We didn't reserve anywhere for new year so we called reception and they managed to get us a last minute table literally at 11 pm at their seafood restaurant party. Which was soooo much fun! The pool and sauna and steam room are just perfect. The gym is clean and has diverse equipments and weights. Ladies, there are 3 hours where you can access the gym for ladies only throughout the day so it's perfect for those that could be shy or so. The mini bar items in the room are diverse and good for a late night snack. Adjustable lights in the room and a great view of the sea. The bed was soooo comfy I got a good night sleep every night. The shower is great and always hot water. There's even an emergency plug thingi in the shower incase u fall. BOOK YOUR STAY!! I wish I could've stayed longer. Btw you get complimentary ironing for your clothes should you need it.

Very nice reception staff .. clean .. nice breakfast .. nice view while taking breakfast..all details of the room are perfect .. they have USB for charging mobile.. free shuttle for Maydan .. very nice smell all over the hotel. Spent 9 good days .. supermarket and restaurants are near by. Excellent nice lobby

Pan coffee and restaurant ( I am daily taking my dinner there.. it is perfect but when the supervisor is there, the portions and survive and free tea is excellent… and when ishe is not there , the portions and the survive is less). .. it has to be an extra tissue back for the bathroom .. During break fast , the waiters should ask about giving tea , Janice, egg and coffee, not just cleaning.

Amazing renewed hotel, the family room is big clean and nice but it is not sea view as the family rooms located at side of the hotel, breakfast is amazing and it is in the 7th floor with sea view, Ibraheem in the restaurant was great and very very helpful also he was friendly all the time The hotel is in not in the city center but it is not an issue as the hotel can call for taxi to the centre which cost around 55-60 TL and if you want to go to Fourm mall it might cost you 70 TL There were old images in the Google which was before the renovation they are misleading the hotel is renewed and booking photos were new and reflect the current status

Water pressure in the sink is not strong however shower was very strong. Pillow is high type which i dont like however my family like such type of pillows

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The two rooms we booked were luxurious and modern, each featuring a stunning view of the Black Sea and a balcony to enjoy it from. The design of the rooms was both stylish and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and enjoying it with a lovely view of the sea was a delightful way to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always going out of their way to make our stay better.

The only issue we encountered was that the staff did not speak English or Arabic, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Despite this, their efforts to assist us were much appreciated.

the property is good 4.5 stars. the room was quite big and the bathroom was nice. the breakfast was exceptional. special thanks to Ibrahim and Emre from the restaurant floor. iyi bayramlar!

The place was great but what made it amazing were the staff .. latterly they made a big difference .. especially Emile the restaurant manager in the 7th floor, she was very welcoming and always smiling .. also the reception staff, they were amazing and helpful .. staff did really make a positive difference in our honeymoon .. Room 1606 is their best for especial events ..

Very Clean-amazing room-spacious The room is as it shows in the pictures and even better Good location Friendly staff Nice breakfast They replace the complimentary water every day The tv screen was not working but they did care and they fixed it, their response is immediate. They have organised trips which you can book and the bus picks you up from the hotel which is very convenient (Uzungol, Sumela Monastery, Sera Lake, Rize)

Everything was great! Thank you for the amazing room with the great view! I will definitely return to Panagia Premier Trabzon when i visit Trabzon again!
