I loved every minute of my stay here in the hotel. The staff were lovely, the food was nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back to this place.

I enjoyed my stay, everything was great. The location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly specially and Ihan; the lady who is in charge of the rooms on the 3rd floor, and Liman. And the two guys in charge of the live cooking! This hotel made our vacarion extra special, its very simple yet very generous and comfortable. The food was good, but I believe it could be better!

Food was very good as were a lot of the staff. Facilities in the main were good. My sisters were happy with the music.

Very loud music but it did go off at 11. Some staff unhelpful. Reception a bit unhelpful. I like very quiet and it isn’t. Get a top floor room so you don’t get the noise from above

IT is right on the beach, IT has a great view and a big pool.

the hotel is old, the pictures don.t reflect anymore the reality. IT was not that Clean, I needed to Tell the receptionist 4 Times Per day that the cleaning lady didn.t come to my room, but to our friends IT was coming daily and doing a good job. the same happened when we needed fresh towels. the food IT was ok, but Almonte the same thing daily… the staff from the restaurant were really nice instead. in the evening nothing special as entertaiment just a dj…. really dissapointed

Staff were very unfriendly especially at the reception desk. Food was horrible (all inclusive). They used bad quality of food and it tasted horrible. The rooms were dirty when we arrived, my pillow case was bot clean at all, it was used by someone else. The bathrooms were also dirty, i found hair in the bathtub when i first arrived

The staff were friendly, the hotel was in a peaceful location. The all inclusive drink selection was good, no queues and quick drink service. The massage treatment was good (additional charge), the sauna and turkish hammam were clean. The pool was clean and well maintained, I also like the outdoor seating at dinner.

Let me stick to facts- This hotel IS dirty, there were stains on bedding, curtains, sofas and several other furniture items. Limescale in the “jacuzzi bath”, awful smell of sewage in several areas. I even found hair and a disused condom packet in the draw upon arrival. The toilet brush was dirty, there was yellow stains around the toilet seat. Wifi connection inside the room is poor. All inclusive food options were left to be desired but I understand that food is a personal thing so I will not elaborate further. Staff are very friendly but MOST (including the Manager) do not speak English and it was difficult to communicate basic needs such as “towels” and “problem with aircon” “do you have a microwave” we began using Google translator to help us. The beach is not a sandy beach, it is more like a pier as you can see in the photos. The “mini bar” in the bedroom contained two bottle of water upon arrival and it was never replenished again. When i asked reception for more water bottle they directed me to the shop across the road.

Cleaning was poor!the guy who was cleaning was knocking to the door a few times iven the sign and the light with dnd was on,double bed they dont have,they put 2 single beds and was quite uncomfortable during the night(from 5 days ,3 i was calling to the reception for the shower gel and shampoo,hand soap they don't provide-from the reception told me to use shampoo for hands-very unprofessional)!food very poor and most of the time the same(rice with herbs).The lady from reception couldn't manage a simple conversation in english ,if you want coffee at the lobby bar you must pay 1 euro(the hotel is all inclusive)and their traditional tea is rarely(only in the lobby area).The employees was rude probably because they don't speak english.After 5 nights spend in the hotel i m quite disappointed- they deserve 3 stars maxim!

It was not clean and the staff not friendly at all. only the girl at the reception very sweet and helpful. not even one staff friendly to ask even for anything. I was not dare even to ask them to bring me water. they didn’t do anything for you. It is all exclusive but the food sometimes very old and from last night.
