I travel a lot, but this hotel surprised me. A very interesting and unique place for several reasons. There is such a concept - oriental hospitality. At the AJWA hotel you can feel what it means. To say that the staff is friendly is not the right word. I will not write about the "ordinary" staff, room service and so on - everything is as usual here - everything is very good. It is worth noting something else - individual attention to customers. Nice people surrounded us with sincere unobtrusive care during our entire stay. Among other things, they told us and showed us the entire territory and attractions of the hotel. By the way. Hotel is not the right word. It is more like an eco-system. It turned out that the entire territory occupies 9 hectares (do not worry-the rooms and restaurant are located nearby, but there are also electric cars for moving around the territory). There are many types of trees, bushes and herbs planted everywhere. All of this is fragrant and you can enjoy this aroma even by opening the window in your room. In addition to decorative plants, there are small but varied vegetable plantings - cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, grapes - I don't remember everything. All of this bears fruit, is environmentally friendly, the fruits are edible and, as far as I understand, they are partly used in the local restaurant. By the way, about the restaurant. We had breakfast (buffet) and dinner (a-la-carte). Everything is quite good. Other interesting things: there is a stable; a chicken coop - yes, the chickens lay eggs and you can order them for cooking; mini zoo, mini aquarium, a ceramic workshop, a playground... All this, as you understand, is interesting for travelers with children. And yes - this is not a place for beach parties and discos. There is no music here, only coziness, silence, peace and relaxation. Which we were very satisfied with.

Our stay was truly exceptional. The organization of the complex was remarkable, offering us a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was delightful. The guest service was outstanding; every staff member was attentive and eager to assist us. Special thanks to Mme Nezha Regragui, whose warm welcome and introduction to the history and types of coffee made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely exquisite. It’s like the pictures on the website. A place that is peaceful and serene with everything that you need all in one estate.

I didn’t like the groups that were residing at the property. They were loud and inconsiderate. They made a 5* establishment feel like a 2*. Certain groups lacked the understanding and etiquette of being in such a place. And refused to adjust their style to tie in with quality and premium nature of the establishment.

Classy resort in a quiet location in between Urgup and Mustafapsa. Better if you rent a car. However, apparently they provide a daily 2 way shuttle to the nearest 2 towns mentioned above from 9 to 5pm but we did not make use of it. Also walkable to Mustafapasa via Beydere valley connected to the back of the hotel. Best to walk before sunset as road is still unpaved. Can see some cave houses along the way and is good for a quiet stroll. A lot of thought has gone into conceptualising this hotel. Room with both Azerbaijan and Turkish influences set it apart from the normal cookie cutter 5 star hotels. Fantastic mattresses provided a good night's sleep. Natural bird songs instead of music in the common areas. Jams and preserves made onsite from the 200 varieties of flora found on site. Under the floor heating kept room cosy in winter. Interesting coffee and art musuem on site. Plus a pottery area and small animal enclosure completed the facilities. Breakfast was great and a bit too much food made it hard to stop an expanding waistline! But the cherry on the cake were the staff. Personable, friendly and welcoming. Ahmet, Adem and Farius(?spelling) manning the front desk Selbi who brought us for the hotel tour. Cheerful Mr Baris, Burak and Merve at breakfast. Busra and Veysel at the coffee museum to mention a few. And housekeeping kept the room very clean

We LOVED everything, cannot think of a single fault. The hotel is unbelievably beautiful and the staff are all so helpful. Special shout out to the kitchen crew (Merve, Burak, Baris and Veysel). Made the breakfast experience feel like a 6 star, we were so so spoiled! Everything is prepared and grown on the hotel grounds, doesn’t get fresher than that. They made sure all our dietary preferences were more than catered for, breakfast was a wide spread and kept us going for a full day of adventures - staff noticed that we really enjoyed the rose jam and milk jam and on our last day without even asking they packed us a couple of jars to take home, really special, thank you! The spa facilities are great, we really enjoyed the steam room, sauna and Swedish showers to relax and unwind, all complimentary. The rooms are stunning, so much attention to detail with a lovely aroma. Feel lucky to have called this place home for a couple nights. We even got a tour of the hotel and visited the coffee museum, petting zoo, clay making studio and gallery. So much to do. Hope to come back again one day - thank you AJWA Cappadocia! It’s a holiday I’ll remember forever ❤️

The hotel was exquisite - beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, every detail considered, even a pillow menu! One of the days of our trip was rainy but we found no shortage of ways to entertain ourself on the property between the splendid spa facilities, a concierge led property tour, a visit to their coffee museum, and even a stop to say hello to the horse and chickens. The staff were universally kind and helpful. Above all else, the indulgent breakfast spread perhaps counts as the best we've had at any hotel, and the cherry on top is the option to have breakfast any time of day.

It is located outside the city center, but then again, that is part of the charm!

The service was exceptional starting from Adam who helped us check in to the staffs that accommodated our late checkout and offered us tea and shuttle service to nearby town to burn time before our flight. Breakfast was lavish and I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and vegetables included - my favorite was the salad plate! The hotel compound was huge with its own hiking trek. Very clean and safe.

The hotel is 5 mins from town so it is more challenging to head out to town but they offer shuttle service so I think it is fine. I actually enjoy that it is a bit less crowded and felt more exclusive.

The property is on a very nice location and on quite large grounds. It is well spread out with different facilities for various activities. The cave suites are nicely located and very well designed from inside.

It’s a beautiful property with top of the line facilities and comfort. Ample play areas and activities for the kids. Very hospitable, friendly and courteous staff. It’s secluded from the busy area.

It’s is lacking the vibes of Cappadocia due to its location.
