An amazing hotel in an amazing town. If you’re looking for a less tourist, yet beautiful historic place - Mustafapasa and Heritage Cave Suites are a perfect combo. The hotel is in the tranquil location, 5 min walk from the city center. The hotel is beautifully decorated, great breakfast and very friendly staff! Some of the cave rooms don’t have windows. Some do and there’s only one with a private balcony (we had a luck to be upgraded to this one as the hotel was almost empty). I highly recommend the balcony suite with a jacuzzi. We loved it!

It was a good place and the price was good. Very clean, good staff.. I like all the decorations and the roof top of the property.. it was a relaxing place for me, having jacuzzi in the room was fantastic..

There is only one thing I didn’t like is the room with no windows.. it was a first experience for me to stay in an actual cave and I wanted to have a balcony or window… actually I couldn’t recognize that I choose the room with no windows, my preference is always having a balcony .. overall there is nothing bad.

The view and room were great. The crew were amazing. They are really helpfull and nice. They guided us well to experience the city.

Staff were accomodating and helpful - Daphne and Mustafa made us feel at home. King Suite itself was very attractive and quiet - a great night's sleep every night. Breakfast was lovely with omelettes made fresh, as well as bread baked late the evening before. A good variety of meats, cheeses, vegetables and spreads. The hotel will organise trips on your behalf, with companies who offer pick-up and drop-off to the hotel. Do not wory about paying for commission - the whole tourist economy runs on commission for business - you will be getting the best possible itinerary, as the hotel's reputation is linked to the service delivered by the tour companies.

Hit my head more times than I can count, on the roof of the cave in the King Suite! If you're 6 foot plus, you'll be crouching to move through some areas of the suite, and liable to hit your head. Bathroom has no door for privacy - it could use a screen or curtain at the very least. Jacuzzi bath took us filling it up, running detergent through it and draining it down before we were comfortable using it - seemed to us that some water was left in the jets/pump system on the last use, and this had gone stagnant. Be advised that the location is in Mustafapasa and not Urgup, which is not a problem per se, but it is a taxi trip or a ~1hr walk into Urgup.

Our stay at “Heritage Cave Suites” was simply amazing! Stunning cave design and architecture! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served very fresh with lots of love and traditional warm Cappadoccia hospitality. High-Speed WiFi and Water pressure up to perfection! We really loved it!! 5-Star hotel experience which we will always keep in our unique memory. If we were to come back here again, we would definitely choose this hotel. Thank you so much once again to all the staffs especially to Mustafa, Ayse and Defne for their warm hospitality and generosity and making our holiday experience a memorable one for us! I would especially like to mention the friendly and polite staff, who were always ready to provide all the necessary recommendations. The breakfast was quite varied.

The room was excellent! Exactly as we saw it in the photos. We chose the suite with a king size bed (the one with the millstone next to the jacuzzi) . It was a very large space separated on three levels. On one level there is the bathroom and the toilet on another level the jacuzzi with the living room and on another level the bedroom. Everything was very clean! It was a unique experience and you thought that we were really living in a cave! The only negative , maybe was that the bathroom didn't have a door, but it's on a different level from the bedroom. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, as was the staff, welcoming and helpful! It is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a quiet holiday in Cappadocia. The village of Sinasos (Mustafapasa) is a quiet picturesque village, with a strong Hellenic element to the architecture of the village buildings. The village has all the necessary options for food, coffee and shopping, and for those who want a bigger city, Urgup is only 5 minutes away by car. All in all a very recommendable room and experience

Perhaps as a negative, one could say that it is the location, where you need to climb a hill of around 300 meters from the village square. !

The hotel was above my expectations. Mr. Mustafa took great care of us. He offered us the best price for the hot air balloons and we had a perfect holiday. Thank you Ayşe and Ahmet. Room cleaning and breakfast were great.

Its my pleasure to write this comment as a sign of appreciation of the service that the hotel provide on my stay..specially to the staff İhsan, Sancar, Ayşe and Emine they are very approachable and they help us on what we need and the facility is very clean and the hotel is exactly in a cave...I stayed in room 11 KING SIZE with balcony ang bath tub jacuzzi the place is good to relax and refresh.. Then all my tours like hot air balloon, horse ride, red and green tour, drop and pick to the hotel going to airport, MISS EMINE organise and arrange it to me without any hassle on my part..The neighbouring area are very friendly and restaurant also available with good prices.. Hopefully I will be back to visit CAPPADOCIA during winter i will love to come and stay same hotel.. BIG THANK YOU FOR GIVING US THE BEST SERVICE!!

It is a wonderful room. It is interesting to sleep in the original cave rooms. The hotel is like an underground city. The staff recommends you activities with the best offers. They definitely work with the best quality balloon company. They took good care of us during the flight. Breakfast at the hotel is high quality. The staff is always generous.
