It is just a wonderful property. With the location, the ambiance, the staff and the food, everything is great. Seperate and secure place for parking is a plus. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Helped me with booking activities which were value for money and very professional. Their dog Limon is someone whom I had to mention. The love that pet showered at me and my family was incredible. Waiting at our room footsteps for hours and then leading us everywhere in the hotel. The room was big, had 2 balconies and a large sitting area. The breakfast had great options. All in all I only have good things to say about Dere Suites.

Everything perfect, room, staffs, food, view. Even if some waiters do not speak English they find a way to please the guest. Was a lovely stay

Unfortunately they need place a “silence rules” as some guests abuse of time at the nice outside areas.

Fantastic experience for morning balloon photos. Manager was able to make a fruit plate and bring late at night to us upon request. Plenty of space at the resort and room to roam and walk to the touristy part of town. As a bonus the hotel dog, Mr. Pickles, took photos with us.

The temperature in the room was a bit difficult to get right - either very warm or cold. In time we figured it out.

The cave room we stayed in was pretty cool and incredibly spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The restaurant is also amazing, tasty food and the views are super romantic both in the morning and in the evenings.

If we were to be picky - some of the adobe was falling from the walls of the cave room; nothing they could do about it, but furniture would get covered in it overnight, which we found a bit annoying as we sometimes had open suitcases or other stuff covered in it too. Honestly nothing you can’t deal with by just keeping your suitcases closed or food covered - and worth for the authentic atmosphere!

It was beautiful, the view from the top is very nice, the food was also really good and more than enough, staff is great, really prompt to help.

Everything was great, just to note, it will be good to put labels to the food (in the breakfast) so you know what to pick, there are things that are very obvious but others that you need to try to test what it is and then decide if you want it or not.

THE LOCATION

We loved this hotel. Staff are nice and helpful. They can give info and book activities and transportation for very reasonable prices (equivalent to what you would pay if you book online yourself). The cave room was spacious, clean and very unique. The restaurant is SO nice (the design, food and staff). Room service meals were very good and reasonably priced too.

Nothing major. Small things: going to the town where the restaurant and shops are would require going downhill/uphill. Room service meals came uncovered. The bed pillow was not too comfortable for me.

The property is unique in thei sense that all rooms are carved out of natural caves and the surrounding presents a very unique serene view. The suite room which we stayed in was quite spacious including sizeable bathroom. The only inconvenience was that due to lack of any AC or fan in the room we felt suffocating at night

No AC / FAN in room was suffocating at night . Room lighting was also in sufficient. Better VEG options needed for breakfast
