This hotel is truly one of the best we have ever stayed at! The food, staff, and customer service were exceptional. Selim was especially very very helpful, and Yufuk was very prompt in assisting us. Our stay was amazing, and if we ever return to Cappadocia, we will definitely choose this hotel again. After seeing other hotels while traveling in a shuttle bus, I can confidently say this is the best hotel in Cappadocia!

The staff was very unhelpful at times. When we arrived, they refused to speak to us given that it wasn't check in time. Like light switch, they were all smiles and helpful at the stroke of check in time - very odd. The restaurant was also not at all welcoming - usually a madhouse with all the guests - and we couldn't even get a table for dinner as guests of the resort. the recommendation from the front desk on our second night sent us to a restaurant that was very expensive.

We spent three days in this striking hotel where every room is different, many built in caves, luxuriously decorated with local taste and all amenities. Great views, afternoon sun on the terrace. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, efficient valet parking.

The restaurant is very good, with also Turkish specialities and local wines but the staff seem sometimes a bit lost and the service is not always up to standard. No internet in rooms but compensated with wi-fi in the the lobby, the reception and the restaurant.

The rooms inside the cave were fantastic. With -3 degrees outside, the rooms were warm and comfortable even without the heaters. The breakfast was good. The other meals were decent but we had better in restaurants outside. The setting of the hotel is lovely.

I did feel for the kind of property they peg themselves, the service and staff could be better. Just 2 bottles of 250 ml water per day is not enough and it took us multiple calls and self service to get our own water. Service was not with a smile and they dont go out of their way to help you with whats best to do around.

Our room was super, plenty of room, very comfortable and clean and a great view from a couple of deck chairs outside - perfect for viewing sunrises and sunsets. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the staff in the restaurant were always helpful. Wonderful to be able to sit outside with stunning views. The hamman treatment in the Spa was excellent.

The hotel’s website states it will arrange tours. I wanted to arrange a visit to The Whirling Dervishes but had to try more than once to get it arranged. On one occasion it was suggested that my tour operator could organise it - except my husband and I were independent travellers. With persistent, one member of staff arranged it for us, although incorrect information was given that the venue would accept credit/debit cards but in reality they only accepted cash. I think the hotel is more geared for groups.

Everything was very beautiful. The breakfast was awesome. The cave room was wonderful. We also liked the hotel's cats. We made a special friends with one of them ❤️. The staff was always ready to help.

We wanted to experience the spa but the steam sauna was not in use. We used the other sauna but as we are from Finland it wasn't hot enough for us. There was no wi-fi hotspot in our room as was promised. The communication with the staff was sometimes difficult because they didn't know much english. Luckyli Google translate did the job.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. We were a little worried on arrival that we may feel a bit claustrophobic in a cave! Maybe it would be small and have little light. However, we were pleasantly surprised how spacious the room was and we could open the windows for light and air. It's a magical place and we are glad we stayed there.

Absolutely stunning setting and location. Picture perfect. Nice pools and a beautiful spread out property with plenty of space to soak it all in.

The cave suites get way too hot in summer, they really need air conditioning even if it’s only temporary during the hotter weather. Our first night I could barely sleep and we ended up moving to a slightly cooler suite. The staff could have been a bit better and more proactive. We often had to go out of our way to get their attention, orders were sometimes missed, the pool bar wasn’t attended the whole time we were there.

It was absolutely stunning. The rooms built into the hillside were amazing and our room was extremely spacious .

The staff seemed to be disengaged and disinterested. There was no communication except at check in and even then it was very difficult to understand the English.

service at restaurant is very poor, right from taking an order to serving . the staff don’t even bother if Yu need anything once Yu are served , for example no sauce or any ingredients are served with Pizza or with grilled fish, orders for drink and they did not even bother to ask whether any ice or sparkling water is required, just served the drink and almost ran away!!
