The hotel itself is boutique style that truly captures the essence of cave living. Our cave suite was spacious and beautifully designed. The atmosphere was serene, allowing us to unwind and fully embrace the unique experience of staying in a cave. One of the highlights of our mornings was the daily homemade breakfast with an array of local flavours and fresh ingredients which was absolutely perfect.

The location of the property was amazing. The support of the manager Serkan and the caretakers was really good and helpful.

Kind and friendly hosts. Nice room. I really enjoyed the nice terrace outside the room during the night time. The location is not too touristic and busy unlike downtown Goreme. Plenty of parking space, so this is an ideal place if you drive.

This place was amazing. The owner bought the caves from a family that owned it and then converted the caves into an amazing little hotel (5 suites). I visited MANY cave hotels and this was the best. Our suite was huge. It had a second spiral staircase leading to a private terrace. The hot-tub was basically a small pool (it did take a long time to fill up). The breakfast was REALLY good. We stayed 3 nights and never got tired of it. The small town was lovely. REALLY a nice little town. More authentic than Goreme. Not many balloons go overhead in the mornings, but that's OK. Serkan (the owner) and his team were wonderful. Really great place. Ohhh... the bed was REALLY nice (memory foam or something). Honestly Serkan put SO much money and thought into this place. It's worth WAY more than the price.

Room was very spacious and comfortable the HUGE Hammam style bathroom was incredible. The traditional breakfast was amazing and the best we had the entire trip across Turkey.

The internet was a bit spotty but we didn’t speak to the hosts about it and give them a chance to address, which I am assure they would have. Also you are in a cave signal can be expected to not be great. Go enjoy the view from the verandah instead.

The highlight was when the owner generously upgraded us to their deluxe King suite. (We booked the junior suite). And the deluxe King suite was jaw droppingly huge! (It was a short hike just to go to the toilet from the bed 😅). Breakfast was really yummy with a very nice selection of eggs. (We loved the fried doughnuts!) The hotel was also surprisingly near town, about 10 mins easy walk.

The best thing about the hotel was the room we were in. It was really lovely, large and equipped with a hamam and jacuzzi that could each take in 4 adults, and we were only a couple! The natural decor of the rooms, being inside the cave with a window to the outside and a private roof terrace, was simply amazing. Couldn't ask for a better room anywhere else. The decor of the hotel itself was lovely too. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A marvelous and amazing boutique hotel. The rooms were big with a hamam, jacuzzi. The rooms were fabulous. Mr. Serkan is the best generous and caring host who will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. People generally like to stay at Goreme ,which is very busy and crowded but Urgup is quiet and tranquil. If Urgup then without any doubt Oread Cave suites. Thank you Mr. Serkan for making sure that we were comfortable.

It was one of the most comfortable and unique hotels we have ever stayed in. We were offered a choice of 2 different rooms, this was a tricky choice as they were both very large and well furnished with great taste. The room has its own hammam with a hot stone and Jacuzzi. The room we finally chose has a private terrace with a good view of the hill. This hotel is really a cave hotel, since it's located inside the mountain. There are many hotels around that have the word "cave" in their names, but only a few of them are actually in caves. The breakfast is good, you won't leave hungry.
