Absolutely loved this hotel. I travel a lot, and one of the best hotels. The Cleanliness, Friendly staff, and amazing hotel made all the difference. It's an upscale boutique hotel with very attentive staff. My family loved breakfast, it felt like we were over at close family place as the hospitality was just absolutely amazing.

Everything, Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff, they even stopped to chat to us in the street when they were not at work. The owner was friendly and his attention to detail was second to none. The room was amazing, comfortable, immaculately clean sympathetically restored and to a very high standard. Original features were the cherry on top. The bathroom was beautiful, lots of lovely toiletries available, towels changed daily. We were given lots of information regarding the hotel, surroundings, the location, trips etc. The breakfast was exceptional as was the service. Excellent local restaurants with great service. This is the place to stay if you want a truly authentic taste of Cappadocia.

It is more beautiful than the pictures. We had a family suite on the ground floor, and it was beautiful. Breakfast was very nice on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Urgup valley. The staff was very nice and supportive. Thanks to Mehmut and Daniel, who were always there to answer our queries and guide us.

Restrant choices close to the hotel were limited, and as the hotel offered only breakfast, ordering food was the only option.

Everything had been amazing !!! The hotel is a piece of art !! We felt as we were living into an old castle surrounded by mountains !! Everything was perfect … the team at reception, their availability, their help on everything and especially for book activities and taxis …. All was Perfect there from our welcome to the atmosphere of our familly room !!! The environment is great too … beautiful view from the top restaurant and city center if Ürgüp is just a 5min by walk …. Restaurants and coffee shops are all very close to the place … I will definitely plan to retrip there again and advice anybody to select Taru cave hotel just because it’s an amazing place with great and perfect service !!!

The only things that will probably need to be improved is the variety of breakfast which is delicious but repetitive each day ….. More choice would be appreciated….

The staff, Daniel and the lady, cannot remember her name at reception, we're very friendly and helpful.. The breakfast staff also seemed very happy and cheerful 😊

The lighting in the room

Location is good. A quiet area that is close to most of the attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff interaction. They were extremely helpful and organized a lot for us. The whole experience was over and beyond my expectations.

The room and the view from the hotel.

There is nothing to do around the hotel. It´s a good place in case you want a quite place far from city and tourists. In case you are alone and like to walk around , I´ll recomend to stay in Goreme.

Poor quality of the matress, springs were a big problem.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Cappadocia. We were a bit concerned not staying in Goreme however found it to be quiet, safe and we enjoyed not being with the crowds. We got picked up for our balloon ride arranged by the hotel and also did a private tour. We walked down to the town for dinners and it was close to shops and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed having the balcony off our room where we relaxed after our days out. If you are looking to do all activities and don’t mind it being busy stay in Goreme. If you are looking to stay at a beautiful hotel that is quieter and relaxing with wonderful service look no further than the Taru Cave Suites in Urgup.

We had a fantastic time. Very spacious room, Mehmet and staff are so nice. Amazing breakfast on the rooftop a must. The staff was nice, hep arrange tours. We had a blast..
