- I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception was welcoming and efficient. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a perfect retreat. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. - Guest Relations Manager Nazli Eren greeted my wife and me upon arrival and provided excellent service. Her dedication to enhancing the hotel’s services is commendable. I thank her for her prompt responsiveness.

The only drawback is the slow service.

They welcomed us in promptly and efficiently. The decor was stunning, room space was perfect. Tv and wifi selection was great. The service was excellent and laundry service done within hours. They are friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, and the extra amenities was outstanding. I would definitely return.

Great location and nice clean and new hotel with excellent facilities.

The food and drinks are over priced. It is a shame as if they were priced more sensibly then it would encourage people to order more. Whilst the quality of food is good, it shouldn't be as expensive as it is. It is priced like it is the South of France or Amalfi Coast and this is still Turkey.

We had a great time at MGallery, staff were great and friendly. Rooms were good size. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was great. Beach was amazing. The service on the beach was on another level (we have been given cold towels and even they have someone going around asking if someone needs thier sunglasses cleaned ❤️)

We have been given a room next to the elevator corridor/ the lobby and every time someone passes by specially at night you hear everything. One more thing is that the AC keeps disconnecting completely when the desired temperature is reached and there is no way to keep the fans running.

Location, style, cleanliness, breakfast, the beach, facilities, the restaurant (dinner), wine selection, the art concept is great.

- Most of the staff doesn’t speak English, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. - The hotel lacks a shop with essentials like swimsuits, beach bags, tan creams, hats, swimming masks, etc. - The staff is inattentive and sometimes even rude, stating that certain tasks are not their job. - There are no bells on the pier, and the staff rarely visits the area, making it impossible to call for assistance. - The music and DJ could be better too.

the hotel was amazing in terms of location and design, super clean and nice friendly guest treatment around the day

the booked room was supposed for 3 persons and the date of arrival we were a bit disappointed with a small room of 2 beds only, we asked for additional bed and the room was tight for the stay. Also the beach access was only through steps and no sand which was hard for my mother to swim on rocky beach.

Love this property, the location, beach, pool, spa, restaurant and bar! We were made to feel welcomed by every team member from Semih at concierge to Sultan at front office, the team at the restaurant, Muhammet at the beach and the team at the Spa from the minute we arrived up until we left. Thanks to all.
