The beach facilities were excellent with very helpful and pleasant staff, and a perfect food menu. Breakfast was perfect, not huge choices, but a good selection of high quality food, well presented and tasty. The Miraj restaurant serves fine dining based on local ingredients and dishes and our experience there was fabulous. Staff were excellent, very helpful, and pleasant. Although adults only, there were 1-2 kids, was not a distraction for us, but if exceptions are allowed, the adult -only criteria may not fully apply.

• Some power outlets and lights in the room didn’t work. • The in-room phone to call reception wasn’t working. • Housekeeping forgot to remove their floor towels from the room twice. • Loud music from hotel events continued until 2 AM, making it hard to sleep. • Breakfast was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Beautiful, clean, modern, stylish

It was all beautiful. However, sometimes small things were forgotten such as ordered waters or milk for the room often would not turn up. This was not a problem and the rest of the stay was fabulous. Would highly recommend!

Really don’t really know where to start, the most memorable thing was probably the beach view, food and the precious cocktails . The new outlet calls Sips comes from Barcelona and it is the 3rd best bar in the world . The roof top is a must during the sunset! The beach was super clean as well as the sea ! The gym was perfectly placed and the stuff is super helpful and full of knowledge. When it comes to the restaurants,first we had the chance to eat from a Michelin starred chef which was a quiet journey! ( should check his schedules) The local restaurant was quite special too; they have specialities comes from local ingredients. At the end , I would highly recommend this hotel due to the location, entertainment and hospitality!

From the moment we arrived, the striking architecture and modern design of this newly built property immediately set the tone for a luxurious stay. Rooms: Spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed with panoramic views. The attention to detail in both layout and amenities truly elevates the guest experience. Cleanliness: Impeccable. Every area, from the lobby to the poolside, was maintained to the highest standard.

The property is brand new, very clean, has stunning sea views and is in a really good location not too far from Yalikavak Marina. The service was excellent with very friendly helpful staff and an amazing breakfast. The rooms are really clean, the gym is good & the pool area is beautiful.

It was not an issue for me but worth noting that there are a lot of steps for anyone with mobility issues. Some minor improvements could be made to room service efficiency & WiFi connection but the hotel welcomed the feedback and it did not spoil the stay.

I was very disappointed with the housekeeping during my stay. I stayed for one week , and despite extending my stay, the cleaning service was very poor. The cleaning lady was unorganized and did not clean the room properly. For three days in a row, even after I asked, my room was not cleaned. I also did not receive basic amenities such as toilet paper or slippers, which I had to request but never received. For a hotel that calls itself luxury, the housekeeping service was far below expectations.

quality and quantity of the lunch and diner options vs pricing. 20 to 30% mandatory service cost on every receipt. No space to hang your clothes or towels in the bathroom. No internet on the available TV in the room, so no netflix etc.

The service around the pool could be a bit better but I think this is just teething issues as it’s fairly new The breakfast was not our favourite, there was not as much choice as expected
