The rooms are well cared for, very clean and healthy to stay in. The environment is 100% clean and the workers are all welcoming and excellent/professional at their work.

Actually I didn't see anything that I didn't like.

The lodge is very nice, but the accommodations are showing their age a bit… no convenient wall plugs for electronics, AC units likely need service, some fixtures are looking a bit worn… However, the staff were all quite friendly and responsive. Breakfast was decent, and the views are very good. This place could go from very good to excellent with a bit of maintenance and refurbishment.

the view, the cleanliness, the swimming pool the bars everything is so great to relax and have fun enjoy family time

The location is so far from the main city,which makes it hard to go out to city easily and there should be atleast one little shop in the resort since its far to get one outside other than this i had very great experience

The place is really beautiful. The location is amazing. The staff are nice although maybe a little distant at times. The breakfast was really good with enough vegetarian options for us. I didnt get a chance to try the spa but the rest of the facilities were lovely.

At check-in it was noticed that I had booked twice although one of those bookings was cancelled on booking.com the receptionist said I hadnt cancelled and that I may be charged twice. I wasnt in the end but it was an avoidable error. The staff were very nice but didnt respond to my two requests to have someone clean a mess outside our cabin door. The food was good but the restaurant menu was limited and especially so for non meat or fish eaters.

It’s situated at an excellent place, next to the river, close to all activities. From the first moment you arrive we felt so welcome, such kind and helpful staff. Great restaurant, huge breakfast buffet and nice cozy bar at the pool.

it was a very nice place and the staff was very friendly and helpful, at the first day, they offered to change our room because our room was a bit from the lobby, we spent a lovely time in this hotel, all the staff tried to make us happy and wanted to help us, we needed something and they kindly helped us, we left our charger at the hotel in our room and they give it to someone that we sent there, I want to say thank you to all lovely staff especially the reception guys Jane and Faith who They almost always followed us

I enjoyed my stay at your resort. The girl who checked us in at the reception desk was very good. We arrived on July 17. She made sure our bags were safe and she helped us with our luggage. She was so nice. She deserves a raise! The restaurant was good also. I had one of the best beef cheeseburgers ever!

It's very nice and safe resort, it's really ok for Uganda standards, I have liked and enjoyed a lot, there is access to Nile river and also Bangee jumps right at the river also rooms have been very big

It's but far from town, and it lack of transport but i should expect that anyway..

The rooms and grounds are beautiful and there is a lot to do (pool, tennis, steam, sauna, massage, gym, billiards, boat ride) The front desk staff were great and helpful. The massages were amazing (get one!)

The restaurant service was disappointing. The food was good but typically took at least an hour to receive an order with no updates along the way. Ordering a drink could also take up to 15-20 minutes despite not too many customers in the place.
