Always enjoy our stay at Ramada Lagoa Santa. Finally got the name of an Excellent Receptionist...her name Gabriele! She was instrumental on being a comfort to us when we had a family problem back in the states back in 2022. She went above and beyond with her support for us from comforting to helping to stay extra time back then. I did not remember her name but when we seen each other we knew who we were. Big plus to Ramada for having such an outstanding employee working for them. Enjoyed the room, breakfast, pool...and proximity to Lake and all surrounding attractions.

I would like to see Coffee offered to guest throughout the day and especially at night. Had to walk across the street to local launchonera to buy good coffee. Though they did provide a machine in reception area at a cost, but nothing like fresh coffee...especially to guest that come from far away...

only one bar on the roof which was never open. my bathroom sink tap leaked over the counter when I used it and the shower doors were never cleaned so couldn’t really see through the glass

Location was excellent, breakfast was great, love de hotel stuff, too bad we have to pay for parking and there is no airport transportation. But once again great hotel, looking forward to staying there again.

The « luxury » room has a more welcoming feeling than the standard room, which are depressing. However, in that case, the price-value ratio can be questioned. Sete Lagoas is merely a destination for business travellers, so probably the fact that most bills go through company expense, allows them to charge higher rates than should be expected, considering all aspects.

Very good location, friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice staff, could organize a reliable Taxi to visit the region for a reasonable price. Very good food at the restaurant and breakfast was also good.

Communication in english was not always easy, but sufficient for my stay and requirements.

Very clean hotel in a good location close to restaurants. Hotel’s main restaurant offers delicious food and inclusive breakfast has many options to choose from. Our hotel room had a beautiful view of the water from a small balcony. Will definitely be staying there again whenever I am in the area. perfect for families with children too!

Polite staff; nice entrance; clean room; had a view to the lake; didn't stay for the breakfast or enjoyed the facility (my flight were at midnight).

I called the front desk for two glasses of wine and they said i had to go to the restaurant to ask for it. There, they told i could not take wine glasses to the room, so i asked for long glasses, and they told i could only take small glasses with me. The guy took dusty glasses and cleaned with hand cleaning papers - it remained dirty... (i laughed afterwards, though). The balcony key was bent and almost didnt open.

The TV was disconnected, the AC remotes were missing and we didn’t have enough towels. and we called a few times before someone responded. However the food service was excellent. Timely and polite. Good pizza.

No Brazilian food which is a shame, there is a pizza menu, however, if I would like to eat pizza I would go to Italy!
