Perfect location for what we were wanting to do. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was very good. They even had green chili so we could smother our eggs. This property has an indoor pool and a beautiful outdoor pool as well nicely maintained.

Just know that if you stay on the second floor, you have to drag your bags up the stairs as they do not have an elevator. It’s an older property built back in the 50s probably but it’s well-maintained.

Great room and location near access for an interstate traveler. With the family room, had more space than what is typical. Older style motel yet updated and clean. Comfortable beds and room was quiet. Excellent continental breakfast and spacious seating area. Nice motel layout and able to walk to nearby attractions or services. Close to town services and stores that may be needed.

king suite with jacuzzi was everything we could’ve hoped for and more from a random last second overnight stop in what feels like the middle of nowhere, which really made this stay feel like a hidden gem. we interacted with multiple staff members and each time we were very impressed and satisfied with our experience. i have no reason to stop in sterling but i would absolutely make the excuse to stay here again!

our patio door was super difficult to use, whether it was the key that wasn’t working or the door that would get jammed so it made it hard to use as an entrance directly to our room but that’s the only issue we had

The hotel is pet friendly and in a good location for walking the dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean.

There were no towel racks in the bathroom and the water pressure in the toilet and sink was very low.

Soap dispensers not filled and working properly. In rush in am and asked for some small bottles so no one would have to enter our room. None available. Keep some on hand for this situation.

The facility was obviously a little older and remodeled. Everything was great, don’t get me wrong, but the room just had an odd old smell to it.

Went to take a shower and no hot water but… they let us change rooms and promised something off the bill. So far I have not received the deduction that was promised.

We stayed at this Best Western back in the early 1980's when our sons were little and the hotel was only a few years old. The boys still remember when the manager/ owner went out and shot off firecrackers to chase a flock of blackbirds out of the trees. We didn't realize it was the same hotel until we checked in. Good memories!

No complaints!

Easy to find, easy to access. Quiet and felt safe. Cenex gas bar across the street. Dog park a couple of miles away. Big clean room, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Loved the patio door onto parking lot.

Pillows not firm enough. Bathroom kind of small.

Breakfast was great. Good omelets and bacon was very good. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this motel. We will definitely stay here again.
