Breakfast was nice with juice options, egg and sausage patties, yogurt, different bread options, waffle maker and more. Nice clean area with seating. It was a good basic breakfast. The room was clean and updated. We just need a clean place to stay that was safe and quiet as well.. This hit all the right spots.. Would stay there again.

The room matched the photos online, and everything we needed for our one-night stay was provided. Breakfast was a nice surprise with protein options like omelets and sausages. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really made the experience more pleasant.

The hotel and room are showing some wear, with a few scratches and a cracked tile here and there. A light refresh or minor updates would make the property feel much more inviting.

Breakfast is very good, which having self-cooked waffle, bacon, scramble egg, coffee with milk, tea bag, juice and coke. Swimming is clean and a small gym. the facility not bad but no time to use because just one street distance to Premium outlet Las Vegas south. The front desk is really kind, borrow her own lamp to me because light bulb didn't work at room and not able to repair immediately.

Though price a bit high but still within expection.

I loved the location and also that it was quiet for the most part. The best part was the staff, they made you feel like you were at home and they also had what seemed to be 24 hour check in as well which is great when your with friends that tend to be on the tardier side of things. The food was great too for the breakfast tho I kinda wish their were more options but hey you can't expect much for a free hotel breakfast haha. It was also very clean as well.

I feel like the rooms were a bit dated but other than that everything was great. You can't ask for too much when staying at a budget hotel.

Located across from Vegas Premium Outlet Mall makes it ideal for shopping and dining. . I rented a car for part of my stay and coukd easily walk the couple blocks to the car rental lot. Nice facility for business and conference stays off strip.

It advertised gym and pool which I was looking forward to after several days of travel, however the treadmill wasn't working and the gym didnt appear to get much attention. Pool was cloudy and over chlorinated which immediately burned my eyes. Would be a nice stay if those items were given attention

It was comfortable, clean and fairly quiet. Our room, 210, was right behind the elevator, but we never heard it. The continental breakfast was very nice. Staff was fairly friendly. Several restaurants, with different food choices, within walking distance.

For a facility that advertised being smoke free, the 2nd floor hallway reeked of tobacco smoke. Plus having an ash tray right outside the front door, made you walk through clouds of smoke, when the smokers were there. That probably contributed to the smoke smell in the hallways. I had to turn on the hot water to the bathroom sink, the isolation valve was completely closed. The shower fixtures had to be turned very hard to reduce the leak rate. It still dripped throughout the night. The pool water was green and murky. Could have been due to being over chlorinated, but not something you wanted to relax in after driving all day.

Breakfast every morning was really great. Not having to leave the hotel to get breakfast is one of the reasons we stayed at Baymont.

The hotel could use some improvements like new carpet and painting in some areas.

book because it had breakfast included, an apple, biscuit and a muffin and 1 glass of juice is not full breakfast as the hotel ad said! just don't promote something you don't give! and you give excuses that for the covid!! you have the pool open but not breakfast! where you clearly design your notice that they have a full breakfast! just remove your ad for full breakfast included!!

The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean enough. The breakfast was better than expected. The front desk staff was very nice. They always greeted you and/or had a smile on their face.

Though the rooms were cleaned, they had areas that needed the deep clean. The corners and crevices need some attention. The public areas were cleaned but could probably use a face lift in the next year or two.
