The staff were friendly, and welcoming. The room was great, it was spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the gym had what we were looking for with free weights, weight machines and treadmills. There were other things in the gym but, we didn't use them. Breakfast was good, and the space to use for eating was very clean with lots of tables. The breakfast hours worked perfectly for us 6A.M.- 9:30A.M as we were checking out just after 7A.M. We chose this hotel for its location to a venue we were in town visiting. It was just a mile away. That was perfect. We found a place to have dinner just a few miles away up on Warm Springs Blvd. Actually there were quite a few choices of places to eat on that street. It was easy to get to and get back to the hotel.

There was street traffic, and air traffic noise, but once we fell asleep we didn't hear a thing. If you're a light sleeper take earplugs. The blinds were operated by a switch next to the television which took me a minute to figure out. I wished there were instructions about that in the room. They were easy to use once I figured out they needed a switch to operate.

Newer property, overall very clean, spacious, and modern. In room coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave were perfect for our family of 4 on the last night on our road trip passing through to heat up some food from our cooler instead of having to get fast food or go to a restaurant. The continental breakfast was actually very filling and really good and had a great variety of foods - fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, milk/alternatives, pastries, toast, jams/jellies/butter, eggs, waffles, sausages, cereals, coffee, and more. My husband decided last minute to get some juice and I didn’t realize they had already turned off the machine as breakfast time was over but the employee noticed me walking away and offered to turn it on for me and gave others still eat a few extra minutes to get some items before putting them away. Staff were all friendly from check-in to check-out and the room was mostly clean (the closet smelled really icky but we didn’t need it and just kept it closed). They even had a pack-n-play set up when we arrived with a fresh sheet on it at no charge.

The closet had a really gross smell when my husband opened it, but we didn’t need it so we just kept the doors closed. He said it smelled like dog pee (which the hotel is pet friendly, but I’m not sure if the room we had was a pet friendly room). Otherwise we have no complaints.

Ideal location for our first night. Quite near to the airport but not too close to be affected by noise. Free parking available adjacent to hotel entrance. Reception staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Tea. coffee & water available 24 hrs in reception. Clean, spacious double room, good bathroom/shower facilities. Breakfast included. Prompt check in/check out.

Would have preferred to have proper bowls/plates available for breakfast rather than the disposable paper bowl and plates. But this did not detract too much from the available food.

Excellent value for the area. Close to Target, Walmart, and several food places. Close to anything in the area without the traffic or fight for parking. Would definitely stay again when in the Las Vegas area. The room was clean and updated. Staff were very friendly and accommodated early check-in with zero issues. Excellent service for the price.

Everything. Booked our hotel online with booking.com it was no hassle at all. Came to the hotel and saw it was not a great location but we were just there to sleep honestly. We checked in the lady who helped us was great. Told us everything. We go to our room and of course like many visitors we check out the whole room. It was amazingly clean. Perfect. Couldn't have gotten a better hotel. Check out was a breeze. Wonderful experience. We will be back to this hotel if we find our selves needed one again.

There's nothing we didn't like.

Nice, quiet location for those seeking a restful stay within proximity to the 'sights'. We loved how the staff were always very friendly and took good pride in their work. Breakfasts were standard American continental, but had some variety to them. We loved having access to 24hr coffee and water here, especially for the road trips, or early morning working hours. The hotel also has a nice pool area, which although quite basic is perfect for a dip for a while. Definitely an enjoyable stay for us - one that was more on the restful side than not, but close enough to all the big Vegas sights via the highway to still be considered a good location.

It seems to be an older build, so showers and baths ran a little noisy. We could hear footsteps from the room upstairs (not often mind). We also noted some scary looking guys in the parking area that appeared to be scouting (please lock your cars and remove all valuables). The free Wifi is acceptable, but far from great (capped to 5mps per device). Healthier breakfast options like more fresh fruit, or vegetables would be nice!

Lovely hotel about 10 miles outside Vegas. Quiet area with plenty of places to eat and drink all around. There is also 2 or 3 gas stations 2 mins from hotel and shops.The hotel has plenty of car park spaces and there is no charge for parking.The hotel itself is perfect. Lovely and friendly staff.The room we stayed on was on the 1st floor. Bed big and very comfortable.Shower was fine. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee machine.Breakfast was included in the room rate.Choice of tea, coffee,juice cereal, yogurt, waffles,fruit, bread, bagels, cakes and a selection of hot food egg, sausage, potato and bacon. The hot food selection was differant each morning.The pool are was lovely. Very quiet in the mornings which I enjoyed.The position of the pool means it gets the sun from very early until after 4 in the evenings.There is no other food served only breakfast but plenty of options around. To many to mention.

No safe in the room. Small complaint but they are very handy to have.

first night the hallway outside our room was noisy so we asked to be moved. Which we were able to do.

The shower in room 103 sucked. Hard to get head adjusted. Didn't care for most of the breakfast items. Just didn't taste good. Protein(eggs & sausage) wasn't good. Oatmeal was ok. Last night hallway was noisy. Didn't know how to close curtains in room 1st night so just had shade.

This located a little outside of the main Las Vegas/Henderson area, about a 15 minute drive to the strip. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was plenty large. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very complete with toast, pastries, waffle maker, cereals, and small cheese omelets, potatoes, and sausage. They also have microwaveable meals available if you want to eat in. We will stay here again.

The table in the room was very small.

The staff was great, they took into consideration all my requests about smell and silence. They were lovely gifting my husband a little treat bag for his birthday we were celebrating. Complimentary breakfast was simple but very tasty, 24-hour front desk, easy and fast check-in and check out. It is close from supermarkets, Costco, Walmart and restaurants like In and Out.

The pool was not good and the neighbourhood had too many homeless which felt a little unsafe. I also thought the light in the room was very strong which made it harder to sleep without an eye cover.
