This hotel has the best free breakfast that I’ve ever had at any hotel. Waffles, omelets, breakfast potatoes, cereal and more! Staff was super nice and helpful! We needed an ADA room for my aunt and they were score to accommodate with late notice. The ADA room bed was low and had lots of bars in shower and near toilet. Beds were comfy as well. We all had a great night sleep! I highly recommend!

The only complaint is that in the ADA room the tub had a high walk in. It’s a normal tub, I prefer for ADA rooms to have no tub and a walk in shower, makes it easier for guest with special needs.

Natasha was great! I loved being able to text back and forth. It was nice having the TV on and a welcome note on the screen with my name on it.

We checked in after midnight but the door was locked. There was a sign on the wall by a phone that said to ring the bell, but there is no bell. There's a phone but no note or instructions on it, so I picked up the phone but it doesn't say to press a certain number or who to dial or anything, so there was a little conversation between one of the staff and myself about that. Apparently she saw me on the camera and said I wasn't talking into the phone. But I didn't know I was supposed too. I thought I had to dial the front desk or something. It definitely was confusing.

We wanted to be on the outskirts of Las Vegas to be on the road quickly the next morning. This hotel was a great choice for that. We also caught the bus a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to go to Fremont Street the night we arrived, the bus was quick, easy and good value for money. The availability of breakfast was good as it aided our quick departure in the morning. A good choice of items available. Room was large and comfortable with good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is large, clean and comfortable. The bed is good. The breakfast is good, with protein (not just snacks). The guests were quiet and the rooms seemed well insulated. The AC worked well. The breakfast lady was kind and friendly.

Most of the staff were not informative or terribly nice. The location is right off a highway and in a busy part of town. It doesn't feel safe to walk outside. The refrigerator was barely cool. Seemed fairly pricey for what we got.

Room was clean, breakfast delicious.

Filter water was expired and water coming out of water fountain on the first floor had a strange foam. The receptionist was proactive and gave me a free water bottle for the inconvenience. I was expecting someone would change our towels and take out the trash from the our room, but no one showed up. It was a short visit so we weren’t that upset about it.

The room and bathroom is a good size. It’s very clean, comfortable, and quiet away from the Strip. Carpeting in the hallway needs an uplift (new carpeting in the stairwell was nice). Good variety for breakfast. Able to eat most of the hot breakfast portion (eggs, potatoes, and sausage/bacon) since I am gluten free. Coffee was good!

Lots of towels and comfy bed

Dog friendly indoors but they need to upgrade their dog poop area. There is no fence and no sign designating it. No poop bags. It looks like other humans just assumed that this area was a dog poop area because there was a lot of poop in it. And it was so hot in afternoon, that area was unusable. Pups burned their feet! So we went to front in shade, no other option.

WE stayed on Sunday July 9 (great experience) and on the way home, July 16, a little difference experience on the 16th.

The front desk woman on the 9th was more than helpful and courteous. However, on the 16th, a young African-American man was there or should I say, should have been there. I stood at the counter for probably 2-3 minutes and then finally turned around and found him playing on his phone in the breakfast room. He then came over. He was not particularly polite or helpful. I had already paid for the room. He said, "you used card number ending in ----- and I said, no, that was not the card is used. Confusing question. I asked for a cold bottle of water and he gave me a warm one. He did not get my recommendation.

I liked that it was right off of the freeway .

It was a little farther from the strip than I would have liked , but I guess that's not their fault . My key card kept deactivating . Had to go to the front desk 2 different times to have them reactivated . I know they are undergoing construction but not all exits/enterances were working . The day of checkout cleaning staff entered the room around 10:00AM without knocking or anything . Checkout wasn't until 12:00 PM .

Came in late Thursday Night(12 midnight ) and needed a hot shower only to find NO HOT WATER No hot water next morning so reported to Natasha and it was taken care of in 40 minutes!! Thanks so much Natasha
