Airport shuttle to and from the hotel was stellar! Shout out to our driver, Dave - he provided some travel info that we did not yet know on our departure, and his driving is top-notch! Asked for an early check-in, as our flight arrived at 9:30 a.m. - we were in the room at 10:30!! So thankful for the Hilton Garden Inn reviews on booking.com - it was perfect for our stay! Kyle was fabulous in getting us checked-in on Friday, 1/24/2025, and checked out on Saturday, 1/25/2025. The on-site hot made-to-order breakfast was great, and the nightly drink specials at the bar were appreciated! Many bar appetizers to choose from, as well as some great entrees...I had the brisket grilled cheese and fries 😍. Amanda provided us some great customer service on her 1/24/2025 Friday night shift! We met her on the way to our room (we'd been to The Sphere) - she was so friendly and we enjoyed our short chat. I got a little cold & needed another blanket...she was quick to bring me one after I called. Our slumber was very nice in the comfy bed, with its really nice pillows. Great shower pressure in the a.m., with a terrific selection of shampoo, conditioner & body wash, mounted in the very clean bathroom! P.S. if you have time in LV, see The Eagles at The Sphere... last tour before they finally retire. They still sound incredible, and The Sphere is an amazing venue to see them perform (or another of your favs). Kenny Chesney in May, so grab your tickets and book your room with HGI...close to the airport & a short Lyft ride to The Sphere, to avoid the traffic/parking and no worries of getting a DUI. I know, too long of a post, but I had so many compliments I wanted to share 💕

Sad that we weren't able to get a later checkout, but noon was still later than we thought a regular checkout was at the HGI, so we still left happy! Big group coming in that afternoon & housekeeping works only until 3:00 so we totally understood!

The hotel is conveniently located close to airport and outlet shopping as well as Town square. The hotel itself is nice even if a bit old fashioned and is quite at night. Rooms are comfortable, with TV, fridge, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom with bath tub, toiletries are provided, Coffee machine and available coffee and tee as well as water every day. Breakfast buffet is good with eggs, bacon, fruits, cornflakes. Parking is available. Wi-Fi works good and no password is needed. To the strip is about 20 minutes drive. The hotel staff is amazing and helpful. Unfortunately, even if at the reception you can buy drinks and snacks, no adapter for electrical sockets is there to buy or rent so don't forget yours!

The air conditioning is noisy so I had to turn it off during the night.

The staff was amazing! George was so friendly and the gal Kristen (I believe) who picked us up from the airport was super helpful. Wait time at the airport was about 30 minutes for pick up. Check in was great and fast. Breakfast is a 10!!! Buffet has great variety. Wonderful staff. Great assortment of snacks for purchase in the lobby. Room was clean and very quiet as we were on the 4th floor. The pool is lovely to sit in the morning hours after breakfast. Nice to be off the strip but is a distance and an expense if you don’t have a car. Uber/lyft readily available. Walkable to shops and dining options. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but it looked very good.

The beds were a 7 but the pillows were the worst!!! So flat and just awful. Our return driver to the airport was an older man and needs better driving skills and to be friendly when dealing with hotel guests. Kinda grumpy. The description did say there was a shuttle service to Mandalay Bay but that isn’t in service anymore which we had hoped for to cut down the expense of Uber.

We had a pleasant stay here. The place was very clean, including the room. We liked that the restaurant was on the main floor, super accessible and convenient, that they served not only breakfast but dinner too. We arrived late, so that helped a lot, not having to drive somewhere else in town to grab a quick dinner. The food was good, the staff was friendly, the room was super clean, and I personally loved the reading lights attached by the bed (aside from the main lamp). We liked it here and would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast spread was PERFECT. The tables and chairs were arranged nicely. The service at the diner was exceptional and the server was very friendly. Everyone was helpful . I really enjoy the Keurig coffee choices in the room.

We've decided to come back every year; so there wasn't anything we didn't appreciate. Perhaps a guest piano? (no idea how this would work.

The staff was very friendly and I appreciated that. When I asked for more coffee for my room it came right away.

I would say that the outlets in my room, most of them did not work. I also feel that the carpet being clean is a big deal. Everything else can be clean but if the carpet is dingy it impacts the whole room.

We needed to be close to the airport and just have a good night sleep but the room exceeded our expectations. I understand that you can get cheap rooms in Vegas but this Hilton had huge rooms, like a junior suite. All very clean, comfortable beds and linens, good shower. We had dinner right there cause we were extremely tired and had to wake up early. Had a free shuttle to the airport and all for a very decent price

This hotel is in a quieter location off the main Las Vegas strip, which is one of its attractions. The staff are helpful and polite, the airport and rental car shuttle is a big advantage, and we liked the pool. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, but even the older parts are pretty good.

I have to pay for breakfast this it’s out of my mind. I skip going to other hotels where I should get free breakfast I end up staying hotel I have to pay for breakfast. I should read the fine print.

This is not my first time staying this hotel .it's very good hotel.

The room was clean and tidy and spacious. The staff was easy to work with . The bathrooms around the entire facility were all clean. The work out room was well appointed.

The pool was being resurfaced so we weren't able to use it. Otherwise, we can see that it will be a really nice upgrade.
