We stayed one night at Holiday Inn Express Las Vegas-Nellis, which we booked through Booking.com. When we arrived, Ruthy at the front desk informed us that the hotel was fully booked. I was with my spouse and our 2-year-old daughter, so this was a bit worrying. However, Ruthy went above and beyond to help us and managed to find us a room. She was extremely polite, kind, and professional. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never met someone like her before. She truly made our stay memorable. Thank you, Ruthy!

We stayed in Oct & March /23. We stayed coming home from Mexico as our experience in Oct was fabulous. Access to this hotel is super easy. We arrived feeling stressed & overtired. With the help of Lorna & Rayna everything was made easy for us. Lorna went way above her job duties to be of assistance. We highly recommend this hotel to travellers. Breakfast was excellent.

The luggage cart needed fixing.

Location, staff were so friendly, breakfast was good, bed was so comfortable.

No kitchen table for the room - ate our meals on the ironing board.

Property was very clean and bed was very comfortable

Did have a staff member thinking maintenance guy banging on the door and try to enter cause he was told room was vacant and wanted to do some work in room. But front desk staff AMAZING

I think breakfast was more than I expected .. I loved the breakfast menu provided

1 Just that the swimming pool not in service. 2 if exercise room could be upgrade it with extra lifting equipment would be perfect 3.hot water rundown quickly in the bathroom.. maybe the boiler broke or something 4. More lighting in the room

Very clean and away from the mess of Las Vegas. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was very good with little omelets, sausage, potatoes, cinnamon rolls along with other items.

Nothing within walking distance for dinner, but we found some options not too far away (driving).

The breakfast was delicious, great selection of items to eat.

The shower was leaking badly and difficult to turn on.

It was generally clean and well kept. There was a sign in our room verifying that Imelda had cleaned our room for us.

There were small items (eg, elevator button broken) or things that needed to be repaired. The amenities looked a little dated and/or small.

The tv was a lite outdated and the remote stoped working

We stay here every time we come to Vegas. We go watch the Red Flag at Nellis AFB. It's right next to the base.
