I like the clean lobby, the attentive staff, and the location. the pool is beautiful! one very unique feature of this hotel would be the privilege to smoke weed and weed products in specified rooms :) !

my room was lacking another seat for a guest. the housekeeping forgot to visit me. my key card wasn’t working. these happened on separate stays BUT on all occasions, the staff went out of their way to help me :) the moment i bring it to their attention, they swiftly take action so it never really felt like an inconvenience. my stay was great. this is a beautiful vintage building, the attention it needs is given by maintenance team so guest can enjoy their stay. one maintenance dude stood out as an extraordinary staff member.

I liked it was marijuana friendly and the decor. They also let me check in early due to my flight arriving earlier. The topless pool was great and I enjoyed the drinks and food at the pool bar. Our room was nice and spacious.

Our tv was broke the entire stay and neither IT men could fix it. The elevator was also not working our entire stay so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs in the heat multiple times every day.

The price.

There is no parking. You have to pay to valet. Also, there is no shuttle service to the strip or downtown. You have to uber everywhere. Otherwise, hassle with getting your car in and out of valet.

I loved the bed it was so soft and comfortable, no stains. I also loved the bathroom good lighting, the water pressure could be better and there could be shelves but all in all was great.

the lighting in the room felt like it was too dim. The walls are very thin I could hear the very loud TV being played next door. the lack of outlets. The elevator was a little interesting.

Hotel and staff were amazing!

The elevator was out during our stay and with my husband being a disabled veteran climbing stairs is hard. We booked an elevated king on the 4th but we were moved to the 2nd floor to accommodate my husband. We still had an amazing time and will be back and recommend!

The room was dated. The bed and room was comfortable for a short stay. The artwork was a nice touch. The lobby was interesting.

The electrical outlet near the bed/table area was not easily accessible for charging a phone. The bedroom electrical outlet was behind the bed frame and difficult to reach and use. As reported by other visitors, the room was near a busy expressway and noisy especially in the evening. You need to wear earplugs to minimize room noise for sleeping at night. I suggest that the owner try to purchase something to minimize or block out the traffic noise at night.

Close to the strip, staff was nice and helpful, rooms are small but they are nice and we only really needed to sleep and get ready so it did the job

The elevator is old and I felt like we were going to get stuck, and the Swamp cooler in our room did not take out cold air so our room was stuffy.

I booked it because it was adult-only, which Vegas needs more of in terms of hotels. The place was awesome! It was decorated well, and the staff was super friendly; kinda weird about the ice machines, but it works, and I can't wait to stay again.

Weird there are no ice machines, but the bar has ice for you, and when that is closed, the front desk provides. It can be noisy at times, but I mean, isn't that the point of an adult hotel in Vegas? At least you know somebody is having a good time even if you decided to go to bed.

Fast easy check in and check out . Great place to unwind . The rooms are very clean and easy to get to. Nice shady places to park the property grounds are beautiful very zen

The decor. Casting to the TV easily. Discrete location. The complimentary danishes. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff. The nice touches like the bedside lamps and the closet fixtures- subtle but major game changers.

No tubs in our room but will ask about next time. Water doesn't get too hot.
