The rooms were like a mini apartment and gave us plenty of room to spread out and even hang out during the day when we needed to. We were also able to park right outside our room, and breakfast was included and fabulous.

The beds are pretty firm. We actually ended up going to the store to buy some better pillows, and then it took the pressure off our hips on the firm bed. Overall though, the bedding was neat and we were able to adjust because everything else was super great. I was also worried being on the bottom floor that we would hear all the cars in the lot and get all the second hand smoking from all the smoke break takers, but it wasn't noticeable at all.

Great location, off the Strip, so you don't get the business, but close to the Monorail. There was a lot of greenery and trees in between the condos, giving it a very nice and relaxing feel. The room/s and beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was super convenient and well-equipped with commonly used dishes and utensils. The staff was welcoming and kind and assisted with whatever we needed. Very good breakfast buffet.

The gigantic A/C unit of the commercial building next to our room! It was VERY LOUD! Pull-out couch mattress - so very thin, that you could see the springs. We asked for a matress cover. But even then, not really comfortable.

Every time I stay here it's always a very nice day. This place has always been very family-oriented and centered around friendly faces. I love the convenience of the place especially since I'm staying here for the convention center not for the Las Vegas Strip. I've had room service here before and it's always been amazing and their breakfast is always super convenient I never have to guess where I'm going to eat next or what I'm going to eat next it's just right there ready to go. The refrigerator is huge with plenty of room and it's nice that it has a ice maker on top for all of my drinks especially since I'm always visiting during the summer.

Can't really name anything I've never liked but I've stayed here several times not once disappointed.

It was perfect for what i needed. I have a close friend next door in the condos who is very ill and i needed my own place close to it and ended up staying two extra nights. It was great having a full kitchen and refrigerator for a 6 day stay.

It is a little outdated and outside the door it could have been just a little cleaner and swept up a bit. And, if there was covered parking it would be so much better. A/C in the room was a bit noisy but overall it was very comfortable for this particular visit.

Spacious room with a kitchenette, apartment-style layout, access to the pool, good breakfast, and very friendly, attentive staff. Great location slightly off the Strip, yet everything is within walking distance or easily reachable via the Monorail, which departs just across the street and stops regularly at key locations along the Strip.

The stuff is amazing and super gentle and helpful. The hotel is calm and feels like home. For the ones who want a bit of silence in Las Vegas, that's the perfect location and also not too far from the strip/main street.

The pool is nice but was a bit dirty after a while, and there are no many places to sit/lay down. Breakfast was not rich

I liked everything from this property, checking to checkout. Very clean, quiet and close to everything, J mean distance is great and very convenient if you are using an uber. Breakfast was good as well!

There was nothing I dislike, this will definitely be my to go place whenever we visit Vegas again.

Perfect stay in Vegas for our group, close to the Strip, but still in a quiet area, so you are able to rest without the extra noise. Very clean, offer all the ammenities, big king size comfortable beds in the two bedrooms, kitchen + the sitting couch area, very spatious and nice.

The extra charging for the parking, that is just in front of your Residence no. - really, why?

This hotel was amazing! The hotel room was large and even had a kitchen. The pool was almost always empty and nice to relax in after a hot day on the strip. Although the hotel was not directly on the strip, one can easily access the strip via the monorail train station which lies two walking minutes away from the hotel. The area was quiet and the air was much better than in hotels on the strip. The hotel had a personal feel due to its smaller size. The service was very friendly and the room service was great. If I ever come to Las Vegas again, I would 100% book this hotel again rather than one of the massive hotels on the strip.

Overall, the hotel was fantastic. However, the pool could be cleaned more regularly and the use of single use plastic for breakfast should be stopped. The hotel should opt for ceramic plates and metal cutlery to reduce waste.

The apartment-community-like setting is very appealing and comfortable (familiar). Bringing left-overs from dinner actually means a snack for later on. The staff is very friendly, even on the phone -shout-out to Rose!). Location is fantastic, and breakfast is a real one... perfect to start the day! (we did miss the fresh-made waffles, though)

The parking fee is a bit baffling...
