Our room was lovely, huge comfortable bed, big windows with good views. The suite had an extra room with couches and a kitchen area. The laundry facilities were good and staff were helpful at the front desk and the breakfast counters. The location was excellent, just 2 blocks from the monorail and 20 minutes from the airport. Close enough tot he strip for quick access but far away enough to have some down time after the fun.

The breakfast options were good, but no gluten free breads or pastries.

they only accept credit cards for 100 dollars security fee which is not an issue but the main thing is that when you land in US, you don't know whether your card will work or not so they should accept CASH as well. Also its been 6 days since i checked out but still they didn't refund my 100 dollars.

Location, views from southeast room balconies in front of building are best. Staff is great, and the two free drinks per guest is awesome. Go to the bar on the 3rd floor during happy hour and have a blast! The bartender there is great. Pool & jacuzzi, free breakfast, and delicious dinner that is worth every penny. If something is not to your liking with anything just say something to a worker and you will be accomodated.

Breakfast on weekdays ends around 9 and 10 on weekends which is pretty lame I think.. It should be 10-10:30 EVERY DAY!! I wasnt able to get breakfast for two of the 3 days I was there due to this.. even if you’re only 10 minutes late they wont let you go in. Only one elevator on each side works since the other is not in service, so waiting for that thing was terrible just about every time.

When we used our shower, the kitchenette sink omitted a foul smell. In 3 days we were never given clean glasses in our room for coffee or drinks. The canteen area is supposed to be open 24 hours. It is not! Multiple occasions of confusion with the "shuttle." We were told it was a courtesy, so we really had no reason to have expectations. If that's the case, the shuttle service should be removed from their profile. After calling twice and waiting 30 minutes for a shuttle, we finally walked back to the hotel. Apparently, one person couldn't find their phone that we were told to call and the driver's phone was dead. However, given these missteps, the good outweighed the bad.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. They have a variety of food to choose from.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The staff was so wonderful to work with. After a bumpy start to the stay, Christina helped to really turn it around for us! She was so friendly and patient and worked with us to get the best solution to our problem. Thank you Christina for making our vacation awesome again! Also, the large balconies on the 9th floor are amazing!!!

The room I had reserved was not available when i arrived for check in. I was told the room hadn't been cleaned in time for my arrival - mind you, i had spoken with one of the managers the day before and that morning to confirm my late arrival to the hotel. Luckily, Christina helped to make a bad situation good again! She helped get us into a single king room with a balcony, as the balcony was The important part! The balcony in this room was amazing but the pull out couch that i had to sleep on was definitely not... I think it may be time to upgrade those mats that are being called mattresses.

Great location for attending the Sphere, easy walking distance to the Sphere around 25 minutes. Also very convenient to the Monorail station. Comfortable beds and our room 720 had a view of the Sphere.The omelettes made at breakfast were are great way to start the day.

Needs updating we had a few maintenance issues with our room which was dealt with my the maintenance staff.

Bed is quite comfy, the room is spacious. The fridge took awhile to cool but ended up being fine. There really was a lot of space for the price, which I was glad. The bathroom was pretty small, however.

The showerhead doesn't move at all, so trying to angle it to the different heights of us was impossible. The sink didn't drain well. We had requested housekeeping to come and they did not empty the trash...all they did was make the bed? This was the most frustrating part, to the point we had to just empty it ourselves and set it outside the door. The parking situation wasn't ideal. Maneuvering the in and out gates is annoying.

Location was great, only 5min from a shopping center. Cool view of the sphere! I enjoyed the free breakfast and unfortunately did not have time to enjoy the complimentary drinks.

Cleanliness was the only downside. It’s possible they are under staffed at this location, plus with a system issue, staff were needed for the constant manual work of keying in each guest and entry throughout each day.

The receptionist Frankie was exceptional , and amazing concierge person I ever met, the way she handled everything even the challenges the website doesn’t explain, she explained and make understanding , great charisma and hopefully she will reach bigger positions to transform that positivity to the rest of the employees and have greater service. Amazing person too.
