Our room was absolutely amazing – truly outstanding in every way. It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and designed to perfection. Everything felt luxurious and well-maintained, contributing to an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay. We couldn't have asked for a more impressive and well-appointed living space.

While our room was fantastic, the room service experience for coffee was extremely disappointing. We ordered two cups of coffee to the room and were charged an exorbitant $45, which is frankly outrageous. To make matters worse, we had to wait an entire hour for the order to arrive. This pricing and delay for a simple coffee order felt completely unreasonable and took away from an otherwise excellent stay.

I loved the Venetian, the room was very spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. It had a bathtub and the toilet was seperate to the bathroom. The sunken lounge room , with a lunge and dining table was perfect. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The resort/pool fees are high $65US per day, they are compulsory and ‘extra’ these fees are not included in the booking on booking.com - even though it says all fees and taxes are included in the total. It’s a trap. The only other thing that is annoying is the fridge is completely full of ‘for sale items’, there is ‘no room’ to use the fridge yourself. (you can’t even fit a bottle of water in the fridge). If you move or bump anything in the fridge or on the tray above the fridge you will be charged. It’s over the top and rude not to have the use of a fridge. It was a shame those two money grabbing things spoilt a perfect review.

We loved having a view of The Sphere, especially at night. We preferred that to seeing The Strip from our Palazzo tower room. The elevators were very efficient to get up and down and it was good that security staff were checking people entering. The extra large suite rooms were perfect for a luxury weekend, so while very expensive it was good for a special occasion. The A/C worked well and WiFi was fast enough for a video call. Plus the in-room safe was just big enough for my laptop and valuables. Check in was easy via the website for our early arrival (room ready text!) and we could use messaging to ask questions during our stay. The upscale property and location was wonderful as we also stayed at the Park MGM (non-smoking casino is an excellent reason to stay there).

No one likes paying a ridiculous Resort Fee that gives you nothing. For a luxury hotel, I expect the rooms to have a coffee maker which are not provided (as in much of Vegas). Also I feel a hotel is treating it's guests like children when they warn that you will be charged for mini-bar items if you only pick them up to read the package. Simply having a coffee maker and space in the refrigerator (without risk) would make for a more enjoyable stay. The closet is also very small and the towels were not plush as expected.

The hotel room looks impressive and it is very big. Same for the bathroom. The view is also nice. What I found weird is that you can’t use their fridge without paying a fine and if you want room service you have a long list of taxes and service fees. Also I think it’s weird for a 5-star hotel to not offer (disposable) slippers. But maybe I am just spoiled on how these things are usually done in Europe:)

The room being so big! made us feel very confortable and the cleaningless exeptional! It is amazing how it didn´t smell of cigar as many of the other hotels do. The bed was very confortable as well as the linens! Wide selecction of Tv channels, and having Grand Luxe to have brekfast was awesone! Very good selection of food as well as the prices were very decent!

The pillows could have been better, they were stiff, putting some soft pillows would work and I would have loved complimentary water bottles, I had to buy my own outside.

Great location; beautiful, amazingly luxurious king suite room (but no coffee maker!) and free parking. Venetian shopping area beautiful to see.

Very popular and crowded Venetian area. Elevators crowded, check-in was prolonged but not chaotic and front desk area had approximately 8 clerks working! No coffee maker in room. One trash can had not been emptied from prior room occupant. Shower head very low pressure. I was afraid to even touch the refrigerator due to warnings about automatic charges for items moved, even without consuming. Therefore refrigerator is unusable. No microwave of course. Extremely pricey eating options in main Venetian shop areas. Souvenir shop in Venetian shopping area was expensive- found similar or identical items at half the cost in a nearby neighborhood drug store within 1-2 blocks, near Denny's.

Overall it is a good hotel with spacious rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable, Location of the htoel is OK, with access to thre Sphere - I wen t there and saw movie - great experience

Checking-in process was highly dissapointing. We presented at 3:00, did a self checkin in kiosk, got room keys from it and awaited for numer room. After 30 minutes I went to physicial reception and was told I need to further wit, maybe until 6:00 PM! We were really tired after long drive from ZIon Park,. After longer discsussion with manager on duty we eventually got room about 4:00 PM, but it had been the worst check-in expeience in last years. Also the pool was extremely crowded, but hotel of this size might have that kind of issues.

I love that the room is a very great size! The furniture seems to be kept well taken care of. The bathroom being separate from the room and the actual toilet being itself in a room is also very well appreciated. 3 TVs in the rooms really give it that luxury feeling as well as all the finishes and furniture in the room. The bed and the comfortor were very comfortable and seemed to be new. (Please keep up with the thick comfortor (stains) are not appreciated. Our view was great!

The floors, carpet near bed, and other furniture edges needed some vacuum, or to be sewpt very dirty bathroom floors! Some what dusty! :( Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap could improve, TRASH CANS NEED TO BE A BIG BIGGER! (bigger trash cans and bags could make a difference for the housekeeping crew). Fridge and mini bar prices are too expensive. I just rather go down to Walmart. Better hand washing antibacterial soap

Great location and close to shops. Walgreens on site was great to buy cheap amenities and water. Overall, good experience with the hotel staff. Loved the fact that there were so many restaurants in the hotel. Tried Miznon and The Cut and both were amazing even if it was pricey.

Bathroom shower on first day had hair in it from someone else. So wasn’t cleaned fully. No coffee machine in the room, we were forced to go down to the Starbucks and stand in a huge line to get coffee. Later I found out that the casinos have freshly brewed coffee for a cheaper price. If you want water bottles, you have to walk all the way to the reception and get two bottles for each person and the person has to be there to get the water. I found out that the Walgreens sells a gallon for $3, so we bought that. Initially we booked for 3 people and on the last day, my daughter had to cancel. But when I told the hotel that it was just the two of us, they said that they wouldn’t reduce the cost. So we paid for three people even though only 2 of us stayed at the hotel.
