The smell of smoke on the corridor and in the smoking rooms was very strong but we had three choice of waiting for another room . Just for others to be aware . Also not being able to put your own bottle of water in the fridge to keep it cool was a shame

Overall, my stay was comfortable and the facility was great — I especially enjoyed the beautiful view. However, I was disappointed to see unexpected charges on my bill, including one from a restaurant I didn’t even visit. I tried several times to reach the front desk to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it wasn’t addressed.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find hidden charges on my bill, including a charge from a restaurant I never visited. I tried multiple times to contact the front desk to resolve the issue, but it was never properly addressed. As a visitor on vacation without a U.S. mobile number, it was especially difficult and inconvenient to spend time trying to clarify the matter. I had hoped for a smoother and more responsive experience. I hope you’ll consider reviewing these charges and improving the communication process for future guests.

The view was really nice we could see part of the strip the Palazzo Hotel and the Trump Hotel from our window.

The breakfast at the restaurant we ate at next to the pool it was all too frufru, we wanted a simple breakfast. The breakfast sausage was not good, the eggs were good, the hasbrowns not so great, rye toast was good. The lunch at the same restaurant was ok could have been better. The Allegro Italian restaurant was good not great. The server sold us on an appitizer of a cheezy rice ball not so good. I wanted the meatballs he talked me out of that for the appitizer. I didn't like that the minium tables were $25. I didn't like paying the room surchare per night of 60 dollars, you are price gouging us.

The hotel is stunning! Even better than the photos. One of the most beautiful hotels on the strip. Our room was on the top floor with amazing views and very luxurious. We loved it.

They don't even offer you a single bottle of water! That's just outrageous! I just find it so weird that 5* resort hotels like that in the USA don't offer breakfast. We stayed two nights in a different hotel in Vegas that was waaaay cheaper, comfy and it had yummy breakfast included. Come on, Wynn, you can at least offer your guests some mineral water after paying 365 dollars a night!

We stayed at the Wynn Las Vegas and everything about the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very modern. The atmosphere feels luxurious in every detail, from the rooms to the common areas, and the staff service was excellent. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The only downside we experienced was with the shower. The water pressure was extremely high, and the spray felt very sharp on the face and body. For my four-year-old child, it was really uncomfortable and almost unbearable, and even for me, it wasn’t enjoyable. I think the showerhead should have a softer flow with more comfortable water pressure, so the experience matches the otherwise perfect standards of the hotel.

I love they were shopping on the premises from High and designers to ready to wear designers. I love that the restaurants were wonderful unfortunately I did have one issue that Red eight unfortunately closed at 10 PM but we ended up having dinner at Pisces and it was absolutely incredible so I guess it was meant to be honestly, but I love the flower arrangement. I love the smell following through certain areas it was vastly entertaining.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the cigarette smoke, but I do know that when you’re in casinos and their people gambling they do smoke. I just don’t like cigarette smoke. That’s the only thing I wasn’t happy about well and also again that a lot of the restaurants on the property close early.

The Wynn is a beautiful hotel, we stay a lot at the one in Macau, although the service is better in the Macau hotel. Everything was perfect about this hotel apart from we had a couple of dealings with the concierge who were less than helpful. Having said that, another gentleman was amazing and helped us to book a dinner for our wedding night after the previous concierge had mucked up our booking. We got married during this trip but no fuss was made and the staff didn’t seem to care, although I suppose it must happen a lot in Vegas! I think this hotel could learn a thing or two from their Macau hotel where the customer experience is exceptional in comparison.

The concierge were inconsistent and at times very unhelpful. In the lead up to the hotel it was hard to get hold of them to make bookings etc.

The room was good - clean, compfortable and well- maintained. Overall the hotel looks nice and was kept very clean. The Las Vegas style casino experience was enjoyable and well-executed.

The pool area was confusing. There are many pools, but most sunbeds seemed to be empty yet "reserved" for special guests. Sun umbrellas were hard to get - apperently, there is a waiting list for them, which is frustrating when it is 40C outside. The beach bars could be better - service and atmosphere were lacking. The indoor bars, even during shows, were mostly empty, but still had a waiting list of at least 20 min. This didn't make much sense.

The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The staff is helpful and kind. There was an issue with the pool unexpectedly closing on the day we planned as a pool day. I sent a note to the property and they quickly responded and made good with a F&B credit. CJ at the Encore bar was a very good bartender for my pool day. Moore at the Encore pool towel service station was so kind and generous...he gifted me his SPF! Totally unexpected and a WOW moment for me. Concierge was able to get me a restaurant reservation that appeared to be unavailable otherwise - totally worth a $20 thank you. Lastly, my elderly mother had to trek across property to find me at the alternative pool location, and to my surprise a few nice gentlemen showed up with her in a wheelchair. This showed me that staff is paying attention to needs and making sure that everyone is safe and comfortable. This really means a lot.

Overall we were very happy with the property and the stay. I do wish we had been informed about Wynn Rewards and how to use as you are on the casino floor and making purchases. I feel we lost a bit of future value by not doing that, but now we know!
