The space was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed. I like that it was a gated resort which made me feel safe. The playground was a nice addition even though we didn't have time to use it.

The pool had too much chlorine. The TV in the living room wasn't working because there was no box. I requested a crib for my son in advance but when we got to the room, there was no crib even though the front desk said they should've left one. I had to go there to ask for it again.

The air conditioner stoped worked, when I arrived to the room it was 12 am and nobody was available to fix the problem, but fortunately after 1 hour approximately I tried to turn on and off the air conditioner started again.

The only drawback was the air conditioner, and our room faced the avenue and the sun is stronger. Also, many people smoked cigarretes and weeds in the open areas.

It was a great place. Had some issues with obnoxious noisy people above us the first night but we asked to be moved and then everything was great. Nice pool, BBQ available to use. Glad they had a laundry center there. Its not close enough to walk to the strip or Wal Mart or a mall, but there is a shuttle you can use if the time of the run suits you. Overall it was very good.

There was no room cleaning or linen service for the 8 nights we were there. Not that we weren't capable of doing things ourselves, its just that when you're on vacation these services are what make it feel like a vacation.

We came to visit our dad and it was just 6 minutes from his house, so that was very good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the resort but it was a quick trip. Maybe next time.

The pillows were ok. Using one pillow was too low and using two pillows was too high for us . When our neighbors came home late at night it was very loud.

The entire stay was absoutely amazing from check-in to check-out. We were greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. Diana who checked us in was very professional and gave us a good rundown of the property, and things to do in the area. Furthermore, when we are in the Vegas area this property will be our "Go To" for lodging.

I like it because it is a real apartment with full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit.

That we payed booking all resort fees and taxes and in property they charged us again and told us that we didn’t pay. So I spent 30 minutes of my time trying to get someone to talk from booking.com and they confirmed that we payed everything. And just after that property gave us our money back.

Comfortable well equipped apartment. The sofa bed was also comfortable. Loved the pretty gardens and pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful, peaceful haven away from the busy strip, which is easy to get to with the free shuttle bus or around $12 with Uber. The resort has a security gate so it felt very safe. There is a food truck in the car park which serves food all day. We had stayed at a big hotel on the strip a few days previously, but much preferred this. We didn’t want to leave!

Spacious and well equipped apartment in a peaceful and safe location. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Parking outside your door. We loved this place the first time we came and that’s why we came back! So much nicer and more relaxed than a hotel on the strip.

There is nothing we didn’t like. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff was friendly, the gated facilities made us feel safe and comfortable with our kids walking around, and being off the strip was nice and with the shuttle access, we could what we wanted on the strip when needed. I would definitely recommend this resort to others and stay here again.

This is a small thing, but I would've liked more hooks in the bathrooms. One hook in each bathroom with 7 people and their towels is just not enough. Also, salt and pepper in the kitchen for cooking. However, we were able to buy that at the convenient marketplace on the site.

The front desk (Maria, Ruby & Diana) were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Adrienne was exceptionally friendly &helpful. I'd definitely recommend West Flamingo Bay to anyone heading to Vegas.
