The value for the price far exceeded what we expected. Our top concern is always cleanliness and our room was definitely clean. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have slept in for quite a while. The sheets were buttery soft and the mattress was firm and soft at the same time. This, along with the quiet location, was the first time I have slept through the night in a long time. The shower was fabulous. Great water pressure and a tub that was easy to step into. The breakfast was better than we have seen at most hotels. There was a wide selection of options available. The staff was friendly and efficient. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

There is no elevator at this hotel but we were able to get a room on the first level that only involved four steps down. If you can't do four steps there is also a ramp that can be used instead. The wifi was definitely the only thing that was disappointing. Super super slow.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 3 years. Sometimes, I am traveling alone. This hotel feels safe. The desk staff are wonderfully friendly. The location is conveniently located by the interstate highway. The room is comfortable but it is not luxurious. The price that I pay is a good price that fits my budget.

The bathroom needs some of the caulk to be replaced but otherwise everything was good.

The breakfast was quite good. Room was small, but they had someone cleaning and checking supplies, which was appreciated. I love a firm bed, and this was the best we've had on our trip - day 24 so far.

The .otel is away from things, so the views were nil. It was a short drive to most restaurants though.

Good location. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast and coffee. Friendly staff.

Pet fee was high, $20 a day, not bad unless you stay for a week. Would be nice if they offered a one time fee for a longer stay like Hilton does.

Breakfast was excellent with scrambl.ed eggs, sausage, muffins etc. everything was excellent. When we left it was easy to get out and on our way to the east

The fact the staff turned off the AC in the room and being charged $100 for possible damages. I’m retired military not some teenager off the street.

I liked that the rooms were clean and affordable and the location was perfect for me. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the service.

My bed was a little small for a queen size bed and that made my sleep abit uncomfortable

The room was large and clean.

This location is so far off the beaten path my GPS could not find it. I drove around 30 minutes before I found it. One of the staff spoke good English.

convenient from I-90

shower head came loose from the gooseneck pipe from the wall. started to spray over the shower curtain. had to hand tighten it to keep it from spraying someone needs to tighten it with a wrench and one of the lamps next to the bed didn’t work. I think the switch was broken.

We especially appreciated the staff. The young woman who worked at the front desk and serving breakfast was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
