Hotel was with 5 buildings for guests, a casino and other buildings for hotel hotel facilities and staffs. There's motor bicycle and car repair companies in the premises that's very convenient for drivers. It took 25 minutes walk from the metro station or you could take bus. Hotel was just behind a petrol/LPG station that had convenient store which you might need in late night. Large supermarket and Epicentre mega market had everything you need aside from food.

A bit far from metro station but everything was just around 17 minutes walk. There's a little problems with the room that might lack of regular maintenance.

Everything is good! rooms are clean! Beds are comfortable! But there is a one problem. There is one awkward moment. There are no slippers in the rooms. Instead, slippers are sold at the reception for 30 hryvnias. This is an inexplicable moment for me and indicates a very low level of management!...

If there will be slippers in the rooms, you will create much more comfort for the guests!

Very nice service, I recommend the breakfasts that are available at the hotel. The hotel is of a high standard, only one minus is the very noisy air conditioning. The rooms are large and spacious, which was very important to us because we were traveling with children.

The price is good and the facilities are good. I have been using this hotel for more than 10 years.

There is nothing particularly disappointing. The supplies are sufficient, and it is spacious and quiet. The bus service is also not bad.

It felt like a four or five-star hotel. Could I ask one huge favor? I have a desperate problem. I am a writer. I left two very important notebooks and a green folder in my Room (William Walker, Building 4, Room 308). I have a friend staying in Building 5 until Wednesday. His name is Duncan Adams. He lives near me in America. Is it possible for you to get those notebooks and folder (if the cleaning staff has them) and give them to Duncan in Building 5? Thanks so much

The location was the only problem. But I plan to return in the future.

I liked our room... The bathroom was very nice and clean, big double bed, telly, in the quiet building on the 2nd floor. The hotel staff was very friendly and talks English as well.

I didn't like the staff at the restaurant... They didn't really listened to us, about our food and drink orders, cause a few unexpected things, and uncomfortable time loss because of the reordering.... That was quite a disappointment, especially because I've been there before, but I never had any problems with a staff. But I realized, the whole team was new, and even the management has been changed. But, the food was very good and served nicely, absolutely loved.

Very large room, huge bathroom, big hall as well. Air condition and fridge in the room.Big windows and lovely view.Lots of space to store you clothing.

The TV is a bit small for the room size. The reception should have the map of city center and transport, so tourist can easy navigate in city center and around the city.
