We stayed at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and organized to a high standard. The staff was professional, courteous, and patient throughout our stay – a special thank you to Anna for the warm and personal attention! Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return in the future.

The mattress was soft

Very modern hotel. Many conveniences in the room I have not seen many places in Ukraine, except when paying a much higher price--like a hot water kettle, tissues in the bathroom, excellent lighting. Drinking water available on the floor and in the lobby. A very pleasant place.

Nothing that the hotel can control. We are in a time of war and there were announcements when the air sirens went on and went off. But it was done relatively quietly.

Everything was fine—friendly personnel, quiet, comfortable, and clean room. The bathroom is clean and comfortable, and all plumbing is in good condition.

I would like to say a few words about breakfast. One day were a lot of guests at the hotel and a total collapse happened. The line of about 10 people to the coffee machine. After 2-3 people it was broken and the repair was needed. But the next day when there was a small amount of guests with breakfast everything was fine.

Needed to ask for a travel toothbrush kit for few times. They have noticed that it can be provided on request from admistration or from room. But there is no instruction on how to call the administrator in the room :( So you have yo go again to the administrator to ask. Minus one point as they added 20% change for service for restaurant in the room by default.

Very reasonably priced, clean, safe, sensible parking nearby in Cosmo Mall, decent shower, helpful reception staff.

Breakfast could be a bit more predictable. Cut down on the range of stuff offered, but include croissants and a choice of eggs, not just (slightly watery) scrambled.

Quite small room, bus still comfortable. It was very hot inside, with no air-conditioner in the room. Room had some smell

Online directions for their parking area. ((( It's a PITA trying to find it instead of the mall parking. There are 2 gates and of course I chose the wrong one. It should be marked better, It should tell you the the parking stub needs to be stamped at the front desk!

Everything is great, wonderful friendly staff, the room is clean. The refrigerator in the room was not working, but an alternative was immediately offered.

- Service could be better: personnel lacks professionalism and information - Restaurant closed - works only for delivery - Poor bar and cocktails; - No slippers/robe in room - 2 separate mattress in a king size bedroom which separated during night; - Not interested in direct sales via website - called them and they told there were no free rooms, but a lot were available on booking.com

Perfect room with brand-new furniture, decent noise-insulation, good space usage. It looked quite cozy and modern!

We ordered a room with a French bed, but got two single beds shifted to each other. Same for mattresses
