This can be called a real profession of hospitality by itself. Not only very nice, but also very highly qualified stuff (especially Mr. Redoy). Very clean rooms and common areas as well. Interiors furnished with a realy good taste with high quality equipement. Finally the food fulfilled all the expectations with a high variety. The hotel has a very good access to the road taking you to the Moreeb Dune and the desert in general, but in the same time is localized on a very nice hill a descent distanse from the main road so it is quiet and you're not disturbed by cars.

We were looking for a base to stay in the Liwa region, while going out and exploring during the day, and the hotel was just what we needed. The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming and helped with all our questions. The room was beautiful, with a comfy bed, small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There was also a separate seating area behind a curtain with a sofa (and bath!) near the window. The large walk-in shower in the bathroom was lovely. The restaurant area was nice, with what looked to be reasonable value lunch and dinner options. Breakfast was a little pricey. Parking was easy and close to the room. There was a nice pool, which wasn't busy.

Slightly odd design, with the rooms facing the parked cars, though the benefit of facing outwards was that we could catch a glimpse of the sunrise from the window. There was an odd whistling sound at times, which came and went - maybe something in the plumbing? The bathroom would benefit from an extra towel rail, and the lip at the entrance to the shower needs to be just a little bit higher to avoid water overflowing into the bathroom.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, located at the top of a mountain with a beautiful atmosphere. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Staff were really nice and friendly. Big thanks to Ridoy at the reception and another team member, both were super helpful and professional.

Due to off-season, some maintenance work was ongoing, which was understandable. Other than that, everything was fine.

It's a very nice location especially after the upgrade they had done.

haha, it more funny than a complained but wanted to mention. We were with a group of 8 people. We ordered some beers....there were only 5 beers left in the whole hotel. We ordered a bottle of white wine.... only 3 different wines available and only 3 bottles. No issue we go to red wine they only had 3 bottles of Red wine left in the whole hotel. That at least is very strange right? Same with the food and same with next day morning. It was just if they would shut down or something.

Rooms are superb. Spacious bedroom plus a small "lounge" area (with a bath!). Lots of tables, chairs. Big TV. Tea/coffee making facilities. USB charging next to bed. Very warm and friendly staff. Excellent food. The general area (Liwa Oasis) is wonderful. Amazing for the price.

I had uninteresting view of carpark...get a room on 2nd floor and/or right side of hotel. Netflix didn't work. Not all drinks available. Didn't seem to have option to put extras on room. Some staff really need to improve their English.

Amazing spacious rooms. The food was excellent and better than Qasr Al Sarab. Very quiet and obviously staffed according to bookings. This is a must visit hotel, a gem that is underrated and missed by tourists. Quality of rooms, food, and overall experience was just wonderful. First came to Liwa Hotel 19 years ago, and what an awesome experience to be back. I wish people would support this hotel more.

Due to very view visitors the hotel was a bit understaffed but everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Bird singing. Quiet. Not crowded. Peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for during city getaway. Great newly refurbished spacious rooms. The room was amazing! Attentive staff.

This property needs more love and care. Grounds need investment. Lobby and rooms look good. Staff are doing their best but they need additional training.

We LOVED this hotel. The hotel room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. We even saw camels feeding in the desert next to the hotel in the morning. We used the pool as well and it was refreshing. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and would stay here again.

No kitchen in room Cost of dining is very high and more than room cost. Anyone want to book I recommend to bring your food with you. Or eat from town center. Or bring your stuff and enjoy cooking in room.

The location is good near to all the government offices, price is also affordable

We couldn’t sleep at night because of the sounds of the insects/pugs 😫😫 but overall it was a good experience
