Breakfast was served on time, eggs were bland tasting, gravy was sticky not very tasty. Everything was out of a box and microwaved. May be to the taste of many but, being a lover of good southern cooking, it was simply not for me or my wife. on the positive they had good waffles, and yogurt etc. otherwise we had a good stay.

The whole place was clean and smelled amazing. The front desk staff were so nice. Check in was the fastest I have ever seen at a hotel. The rooms had enough pillows, the beds are so comfortable and the blankets are amazing. Bathroom was super clean.

Staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. It was very convenient for what we needed and for the price. We would book again if we needed to come back this way.

The room was very muggy and humid. We had to blast the cold air the whole time. There were stains on the chairs and carpet.

The only complaint I have was house keeping should do a better job with the vacuum cleaner. Seems they just hit the middle and let the rest go. Under the chair, in corners , around the walls , which were very noticeable very nasty looking. Other than that, beds comfortable, AC was spot on and very quiet. Staff was fantastic I would stay there again for sure.

Enjoyed the room - clean and comfortable. Good price for the accommodations.

Elevator broke down overnight, one of the vending machines was not working, and train woke me up in the middle of the night.

The only recommendation is to have the vents cleaned in the room. The bathroom vent in room 108 had a significant amount of dust on it that can bred mold etc.

I really like the breakfast everybody. There is really nice and rooms are really clean. I really enjoy my stay! And I would stay there again. 100% recommended.

Price, location was OK but a little further than I’d like to have traveled to my destination daily. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful

No elevator, had to lug everything up the stairs

The beds were nice. The staff accommodated us and moved our room to the first floor with no issues. The water pressure was amazing.

The bathroom had a lopsided toilet. The paint was pealing away from the ceiling in large chunks. The refrigerator was badly off balance.

This is the best Quality Inn I have ever stayed in. The staff was great. the accessible shower, and the room were both great.
