Staff was so nice and helpful, location is great, we were able to walk to “downtown” restaurants and coffee shop. Wetumpka is a small very cute town. Breakfast was very good. Staff waived the pet fee because we evacuated from Florida due to hurricane Milton.

All good. There was a different smell when we got in the room but it went away after a few minutes.

It is a comfortable, clean location. It is centrally located so if you need something its never too far away. Lots of food choices as well that are just down the road from this location. I actually enjoy business trips to this area when I stay here.

I do not care for the pillows. They look deceiving. They look fluffy and comfortable but on the contrary they are actually not very comfy at all. This is easily remedied by travelling with my own pillow.

Very nice and cozy. My husband and I were only here for 1 night, but it served its purpose. It's in walking distance to the casino and local park. I just love the historical bridge near the town. Deciding to take a quick trip was worth it. Free breakfast and all. 😉

I requested a king size bed but received a Queen. Breakfast can be better. There wasn’t a variety of choices like the Hampton Inn at Montgomery. For the price I paid, I was looking forward to a better selection of breakfast.

Staff are friendly and the location is great as there is a park right next door almost and it is conveniently located to a lot of the local eatery and downtown site seeing.

There was some soap scum forming under the handrails in the shower/tub. I was easily able to scrap some off so i know with a good scrub brush it would easily come off. Also, when sitting in the tub you could see a large section of soup scum in the toilet as well.

Great location surrounded by lakes walking trail and some history.

Confusion with booking. Missed a couple cleaning days due to split booking. Although I explained to the desk that I was staying 5 days. It turned out ok since Sam took care of it.

I love the fact that it was close to the Casino and everything else. I love the breakfast they served.

I didn't like the bathroom door, you can get your finger smash trying to close it. Even know this was a quick getaway its would been nice to have a ADA room.

I like that the room was beautiful and it was clean and I had endless stuff to watch on TV also the breakfast was magnificent and you had plenty of choices. The bathroom was clean the shower was amazing even the soap that they provide smelled great

Asked for extra pillows twice. The desk lady said she would bring them right up.Took 24 hours to get them. Asked for clean towels. Never got them. Even after asking for them. The coffee in the was not fullly stocked when we got there. We stayed for 3 days.

The room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the variety available.

The air conditioner was noisy. Sounded like a tractor when it comes on.
