The location was superb and the owners paid attention to details to make the hotel follow the Zen theme throughout. We loved the excellent selection of teas in the breakfast bar.

I was surprised to see male staff standing over and watching the breakfast tables closely with their hands crossed. Guests need to be relaxed while eating breakfast. The requirement of not taking food to the room is not realistic for families with young kids.

The location and convenience of our visit, was the most important thing. Room was immaculate and the continental breakfast was good, although the meat could have been different. Our room was cleaned and beds made everyday. They must have had elves watching when we left for breakfast because when we came back, everything was spic and span. I love that it was located right by the highway

For the breakfast, it could have lasted until 10am instead of 9 because it was pretty congested at 8:30. I think it said no food to be taken to room, but some people had no place to sit and took their food back. Also, they can switch up the meat. I had sausage 4 days, maybe some bacon or ham.

Staff was cordial, they could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly. Also out sign out in open areas to get pool towels before going to the pool sign is only out by the pool not where u would see it until your already in the pool or make them accessible

The room was very clean. It had a comfortable bed. Price of the room was $199 …..given it was the weekend, but pretty high $$ for a pretty basic hotel. Breakfast was good but limited choices. Not a lot of variety. Staff is very friendly. If you can get a good price on your stay at this hotel, you will not be disappointed

The facility was under renovation and reeked of paint. The carpet needed vacuuming on the second floor hallway. The AC buttons were illegible and hard to operate. The television kept freezing up to the point where we just stopped watching it. The refrigerator wasn't that cold.

How high the beds were. I found out the next day about the stools they had to get up on the bed. If you see short people tell them they have stools or have a sign at the desks. He didn’t inform us about the Wi-Fi. I had to call back no paper work with it.

Clean rooms. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast.

Our GPS tried to take us past the property. We would’ve struggled if we arrived at night. Luckily, we saw the sign and didn’t go the extra three miles down the road.

We were on the 1 floor, which was good but we were given a handicapped room in which we're not disabled.

The fact that we're not disabled and were given a handicap room. I felt like there was a hidden message in that.

I can highly recommend this hotel. it’s a great location, the rooms are spacious and very clean. I did not hear any hall or neighbor noise. the bfast has a variety of hot and cold foods. it was the same everyday but was good I like it so no problem. there are sausage Pattie’s, egg Pattie’s, biscuits, yogurt, toast, instant grits/oatmeal, several juices and make your own waffles. everything was constantly restocked. pool is nice and I had to myself. only slightly neg was my fridge stopped working, but within 30 mins I had a brand new one right out of the box!! that was great service. I’ll probably be back in the area in a few weeks and will def book my stay for here. thanks!!

The bed is so comfortable. The shower is a nice step in! The chair for sitting is comfortable.

The worst part is the room was $60 more because it was a saturday night! We recently started using Sleep Inn again after several years because rooms are nice and its under $100! This one was $168! Breakfast wasnt as good either.
