Clean, quite, and convenient

Not the staffs fault but the luggage carts were always missing. I had to wait 15mins for one to show up when we arrived and the front desk guy finally brought me a linen cart the next morning after waiting 20mins without one of the 3 carts ever showing up. After I loaded up my car and returned to linen cart there was still not a single cart in the foyer? He was great and went over and beyond to help as I have a bad back and I have to be careful when lifting.

I was extremely impressed with the hotel desk clerk Patrice. I was there to visit my sister in the hospital. The hotels' juice machine has been broke for quite sometime. Patrice worked around the clock on New Years weekend. She bought gallons of orange juice & put a glass beverage dispenser on the breakfast line with ice to keep it chilled. I stayed 3 nights & 4 days, my visit was wonderful. Cindy the breakfast bar employee, kept it spotless & everything filled. She was friendly and helpful. Tywan was my housekeeping person. He was friendly, kind & helpful. No matter where I seen him, inside the hotel or outdoors he had a big smile on his face! I will always stay at Home2 Suites in Prattville. You have excellent employees, please let them know it.

was charged 2 times for my stay things happen, and we totally understand things happen. However, when calling the guy who answered, he was rude and hung up on me after i couldn't understand what he was saying a couple times......he dosnt speak clear.....but i called back the next day and staff was extremely nice and fixed the problem!!!

Clean, comfortable, modern. Close to restaurants, shopping, work and home. Really excellent breakfast each morning. Fitness center and pool were in great condition and there was a grill and tables.

Needed more fresh fruit options. Only oranges and kiwi each day. Out of the disposable earbuds for fitness center.

I walked in the hotel and I noticed the smell and the cleanliness.. Also the staff was very friendly. Jecoby Walker was working at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very wanted! I would love to have his customer service at every hotel I visit.

The front outsidr sitting area was not clean. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were not clean. I mentioned it to the desk clerk.

Location, hospitality, cleanliness, staff was absolutely excellent! They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort! And they were so cordial, approachable and accommodating! My family and I bonded with them instantly

The pool, was the only downfall. my kids were looking forward to swimming wholeheartedly, but the conditions of the water made that wish dissipate. The staff made us aware that they were doing their best to get the pool maintenance company to come out and work on it but attempts had been unsuccessful likely due to it being a holiday

We liked the location and the fact that it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

We stayed in the same hotel in May and the room and bathroom were immaculate and updated. The room we had this time had peeling wallpaper and chipped paint on the woodwork. During our stay in May, I felt like our money was well spent. Not so much this time.

Close to everything & clean

My room had a lump in the floor by the bed and the ac unit didn’t work in the living room

The awesome customer service, comfortable beds and room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great , 🥰
