The hotel and staff were great!

My experience with booking.com was not so great. I booked two rooms through booking.com, but was only able to check-in early for one room. When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk had difficulty checking me in but was very nice and gave me a key for both rooms. When I checked out in the morning, the clerk advised me that I only paid for one room. When I pulled up my credit card statement to prove that the full amount was paid, she stated that the GM of the hotel would need to get involved to resolve the issue. Again, the staff was extremely kind and easy to work with even in this mixup by booking.com. Come to find out, I overpaid significantly by booking through booking.com and was told that I wouldn’t earn points through the hotels loyalty program since I booked through a third party.

The lady at the front desk was lovely when I checked in. Everything about the location was clean and the room was very comfortable. The location is great. Easy off and on to I-65 and numerous eating options nearby. The sitting area and breakfast area were the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The only problem, which obviously the hotel could not control, was that the people in the room above me were very noisy. They woke me up at 5 o’clock in the morning. It was noise from their movements and constantly stomping around above me.

The restaurant was great. Both ladies that ran it were wonderful. The room was comfy and large.

At check out time exactly the maintenance man waged the floors, people were trying hard not to slip. The check out person replied to my question “ are there anymore luggage racks with yes there probably upstairs somewhere. “ We had a lot of luggage to haul out.

Good location, nice breakfast bar , cheap laundry facilities.

Pool was very dirty not sure the filter was running. The pool water stunk and very cloudy . The ice cream and soft drinks at the Lobby was almost $5.00 each with no prices on them. Couple of staff were really nice couple were rude

I feel the lady that was putting out the breakfast food speak a little aggressively when she was ask a question. But , I definitely enjoyed my stay!

Location was great for why we were here

The halls were so hot you’d break a sweat and the lobby was the same. I’m generally cold so this was miserable. Stuffy is the best word I can use.

The choice of breakfast was great, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance worker checked on our room door lock and made sure it was working properly.

Nice location. Close to a good number of reputable restaurants and shopping areas.

While we really liked the room, the door didn’t close well. I didn’t like the water-stingy shower head, but it seems they are all going to that.

It would have been nice to have batter for the waffles - it's OK I shouldn't eat those anyway
