There is so much to like about staying at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center. The Convention Center and Montgomery Performing Arts Center (MPAC) has more than enough to keep you busy and entertained. We were in the city for a party and didn’t want to drive 35 miles back home afterwards so we booked a nights stay. The hotel was very comfortable in every way. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a great restaurant in the hotel and around the hotel. We are returning for a full weekend to just hang out, go to the spa and relax. This hotel is 10/10.

the staff were great, friendly and helpful with local suggestions. The room was comfortable, spacious and fairly well appointed if a little dated to my taste. The bathroom had a lovely walk in shower and was generally well appointed.

given the stature of the hotel and cost of the night in there the breakfast offering was mediocre. Though there was an upgrade version of the breakfast it neither sounded enticing or worth a further cost on what we'd already paid for.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top tier, the complimentary breakfast was fresh each day and top tier. The location was in the heart of the city easily accessible to everything.

The bed was too soft for my liking. Had back problems when I woke up. Mattress should be firm but have a soft pillow top feature. Too soft for optimal back support.

I report an issue with my toilet early in the day and went out for the day. I come back at 10pm and the issue wasn't taken care of nor had anyone even been to my room. Was very irritated because I was tired and didn't want to deal with that so late in the evening.

Very well appointed, clean and worthy of its four stars

It a good place for a family holiday as the hotel was empty most of the week and felt like a ghost town. The hotel caters well for the weekend and/or conference crowd but not great for families.

The facility was beautiful, and the staff was so hospitable. My guest utilized the spa, and it was an amazing experience for her. I personally loved the bar by the pool. The bar tenders was so good and made the whole experience pretty cool and fun. The Renaissance Montgomery is now on my list of one of my favorite places to stay.

The breakfast was great

The service was slow in the breakfast . I had eaten supper there on Saturday night and it was great the food and service.

Really nice Lobby with a lot of amenities. There are a lot of spaces in the lobby where you can meet and spend time with people. The indoor and outdoor bars were both very nice. My family and I had a very nice stay.

The room seem to be a little noisy with street noise.

Went for a school trip. Great venue for the schools to have their function. Clean, well kept, attentive staff.

Too pricey for my tastes.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly & hospitable. The hotel was conveniently located with easy parking.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.
