We loved this hotel! The beds were comfortable the breakfast was amazing! And the room was clean and cozy!

The parking to check in was a bit crowded and we had to pay to use the parking lot. Once in the lot it was nice there was door right there to get into the hotel. The doors to the room are honestly a bit dangerous. They are heavy and slam shut on you quickly. I did bruise my side pretty severely, so just be ready for the door and you’ll be fine

The two-bedroom suite was very spacious with a generous kitchen and living room area. The staff was very courteous. The condominium design of the suite accommodated our family perfectly.

The parking area was limited, but the security features were very good. We had to use our room key to access the parking area, all exterior doors, and all facilities at all times. It felt safe for a busy downtown property.

Very clean and friendly staff. The hotel room had great wifi and good black out curtains. Breakfast was served on time at 6:30am and had plenty of variety. Would definitely recommend.

The only negative thing was that the parking lot at the hotel was full, so I had to pay for public parking across the street. But it was very close so not a major issue in my book.

Exceptional value for the price. Very clean, comfortable accommodation with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Plus you can't beat the location. So convenient to all.

My only suggestion would be to include a safe in each room. They are quite standard and I was surprised not to find one here.

It's a very good hotel for one night stay in Montgomery. Location is good, and the building seems new. It's comfortable overall and has everything you need. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked.

A bit pricy — though all hotels in the area seemed the same. The main parking lot was full, they have another one a couple blocks away, which is fine, but I wasn't prepared for that. Also, the "suite" is really one big bedroom with a kitchen.

Friendly & helpful staff & afternoon bites

returned from breakfast to find a woman's shirt waded up under the sink in bathroom that didn't belong to either of us --mint green t-shirt- very disturbing! Told & took to front desk! Hollister brand-- got call while traveling following up on incident, but no message left...

Great facilities

The staff member at reception cancelled our booking.com reservation due to a tech issue. Then charged us directly to stay at the hotel. We took a photo of the hotel computer screen of the cancellation and was told we could get a refund from booking.com. To date despite numerous messages to Booking.com and a telephone call and bank details showing the double payment, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND!! Please please could someone from booking.com resolve this issue.

The staff was amazingly friendly, responsive, and helpful.

The room rate varied substantially by night. We understand that that was due to Booking.com policies and not the hotel property. We will keep that in mind d in deciding whether to book through Booking.com in the future.

I really needed a clean comfortable affordable AND friendly place to stay for my Legacy Museum visit, a trip that is now part of my journey to being a better American and a better person. This hotel and the people working there are doing the very best job and i want to come back soon.

Excellent location for seeing museums and legacy sites. Kitchenette had all the necessary items for preparing light meals. Many good options for dining nearby. The front desk staff were awesome, friendly and easy to contact.

Happy hour drinks and snacks were terrible. Better not to offer or advertise them at all. The "light" cleaning option was more like no cleaning at all.
