The staff was excellent 👌 Everyone was kind and welcoming; we were welcomed by Marie Cook at check in! As we entered the hallway near our room we encountered Rhonda Williams and Trey Brown from housekeeping and they were so kind and friendly! The staff makes the stay valuable! Thank you team

The hallways are not lit up as much as I would prefer. Our air conditioner did not coolthe room down. The air was stale.

The staff was so very friendly! Every staff member we encountered for the entire weekend was welcoming and bent over backwards to help with anything at all.

The only negative was an elevator was broken and it was the one right next to our room so we had to walk down the hallway to the elevator at the other end of the hall. Certainly nothing to complain about but it was the ONLY negative to the stay.

Great atmosphere throughout out the hotel. From checking in to staff at breakfast or complementary drinks on Wednesday, everyone was so lovely and friendly. Would stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to everyone.

We missed a water kettle. Love our teas and unfortunately making tea in a coffee maker is not great.

Parking is free and plentiful. Check-in was fine. The room is bright and spacious. It is clean and comfortable. The TV worked fine. The AC worked fine. Ditto with the refrigerator. The bed was comfortable.

Our stay was right in the midst of the hotel being renovated, the room we stayed in was already renovated. Nice bright and clean, breakfast was like an actual restaurant it was delicious both mornings with different Meats and more options.

The new chairs for the dining area weren't in yet it was a delay on them and the new mattresses weren't as comfortable as the old ones we stay here all the time

Very good hotel with a very nice staff

Some of the yogurts of the breakfast were far away from the expiration date , but once we noticed, they brought us new ones . We appreciated the gesture, very nice staf.

The room was nice!

The noise on the elevator scared me so much! I thought it was going to break down. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest. The serving area was clean though where we had breakfast.

Breakfast was great. The facility was clean. Staff is very friendly. When we arrived (after 3pm)they only had room available on the first floor.

The ptac unit was loud. The pillow cases were wrinkled.

Breakfast was prepared perfectly. I wished they at least stayed open until 10 or even 10 30 a.m. Staff were exceptonally nice. Price for over night but I did book kinda late. With not having alot of staff I know its hard to get help. I felt like the carpets need to have a good shampooing . We Jemmott stayed in 222 and 208. Both rooms had dead bugs in the pull out sofa bed. We didn't complain but did the best we could...then sprayed w Lysol. It was our daughter's OTS graduation and didn't want to ruin her weekend. The rooms are pretty well insulated and you don't hear your neighbors.

I really was surprised when this hotel sent an email to ask if we needed anything. They were very accommodating. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean.
