My room was very clean and comfortable. I noted that the elevator floor was nasty. My room was subject to noise from the interstate traffic.

No coffee in the room although I could overlook that. I was disappointed that there was no coffee available at the lobby breakfast bar except for the "vending coffee machine" which only offered latte's and flavored coffees. There is no complimentary regular coffee to access. I had to exit the hotel to go to the nearby McDonalds to buy a basic coffee.

The staff was so welcoming!! Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Before we left we meet the manger and he was so nice. He gave my granddaughter and nephew bananas,apples and cookies to take for a long trip we had ahead of us!!

I can’t think of anything really bad except maybe the air could have been a little colder.

Very nice, very clean and the staff was phenomenal. They were so nice and welcoming! We will definitely stay again! The owner was on site and so kind!

The one and only thing I could say is I wish the shower was hotter. It only got warm. We were on the 3rd floor but my mom was on 2nd floor and said hers did get hot.

Did not feel as clean as it should be

I liked that the hotel is new and has a great continental breakfast. Also, I liked the room decor.

The stay was pleasant, but there were a few issues. 1. The place can be noisy with the electrical equipment running constantly. 2. The Wifi did not work while I was there. I used the password in every way to log in, but to no avail. I even called the front desk, and no one picked up. 3. The sink faucet is placed too far back, which it hard to wash your hands thoroughly and well. 4. There is no storage space to unpack clothes or to store your suitcase.
