The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The beds were really comfortable.

The whole facility had a weird smell. The bathroom in our room was not the cleanest the shower wall had mold and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. Everything in the bathroom got soaked every time we took a shower. Our room was 2 queens and a sleeper sofa and states up to 5 people, which that's what we had, so why do you only give 3 towels and bath rags. After traveling for hours and getting in late the last thing we want to do is have to run back and forth to the front to get towels so we can shower.

The room was huge. A 2 queen suite with pullout sofa bed was almost the size of a small apartment. It was in a rough area off the interstate but the beds were comfy.

Not so keen on the location. You can tell it was bought out by someone and they were trying to do the best they could. Amazon like security cameras in the halls, laundry was poorly folded, air conditioners need attention bad… it smelled good and looked clean.

The quietness. The staff is always friendly, one person especially. Ms Bree on evening shift, very professional! And The young lady on morning shift who got me booked even-though online said they had no rooms. A+ customer service experience! Will be back soon!

The breakfast sausage could be cooked a little harder! But it’s still yummy!

I always feel safe in that location.

I didn't like housekeeper putting a sign on my bed saying Do Not Wet the Bed. I pulled my sheets off the bed because I waste something. I thought it was their job to clean the room. So, why do I need to sleep on nasty sheets? I inform the front desk that I wasn't pleased with that sign,

I was amazed and surprised that breakfast was not continental but a full breakfast. It was very good.

There was only one safety bar in the tub/shower nor was there any mat in the tub. My friend slipped and almost fell. That was our only complaint. We are both elderly and needed more safety bars and a tub mat.

Very quiet room. Bed was incredibly comfortable & water pressure in shower was great. TV had many channels & pool was refreshing though very small.

Only complaint is coffee offered with breakfast was very weak. I choose “bold” but tasted like hot water with a little color. Food was ok.

Room was clean, good location.

The lobby smelled wonderful; but, in other places of the hotel in elevators and such it smelled just like marijuana. It was so strong it was nauseating . Didn't like that at all!

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good for the price of our stay. We would stay here again.

Location was a little different to find but the traffic on I 85 was thick but the GPS got us there would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We liked how comfortable the beds were and how clean it was. We really liked Terrell. He has great customer service skills and was very friendly and warm with us! He made our stay even better!

The lady who checked us in. She is not quite the people person I would say. Also make sure you check your account after checking in with this lady. My friend was charged twice for his room and wouldn’t have known it if he hadn’t checked his account. She didn’t want to admit what she had done. Terrell came in and handled it though. Other than that it’s not a bad place to stay.

The room was a good size and comfortable.

We were told breakfast was 7a-9a, even though it was listed until 9:30. We arrived @8:30 and the eggs and sausage were empty and no one seemed refilled them.
